Research On The Map Visualization Platform Of "Three Areas And Three Lines" Based On "Multi Planning Integration"

The relevant functional departments of planning in China study and gradually build a land and space planning system suitable for China's basic national conditions."Three areas and three lines" as the bottom framework of land spatial planning is the prerequisite work to ensure the preparation and implementation of land spatial planning.In recent years,Chinese scholars have done a lot of research and practical work on the issue of "three areas and three lines",and applied Web GIS,Internet and other related technologies to make the planning work more reasonable,scientific and modern.Based on the idea of "multi planning integration",this paper takes "three areas and three lines" in Meijiang district of Meizhou City as the research object,designs and realizes a "three areas and three lines" map visualization platform.The main research results and innovations are as follows:(1)Data collection and integration of "three areas and three lines"This paper analyzes the concept and internal relationship of "three areas and three lines",and makes use of various data collection methods such as government department acquisition,field visit,forum opinion collection,network data crawling,etc.And analyzes the characteristics of data collection,realizes the integration from the perspective of spatial benchmark,and lays a solid data foundation for "three areas and three lines" transformation work and platform construction.(2)Data extraction and conflict division of "three areas and three lines"Combined with the integrated data,this paper analyzes the planning of Meijiang district,extracts the data of " Three areas and three lines " of Meijiang district,Meizhou city through overlay analysis,sorts out the data of " Three areas and three lines " conflict area that need to be solved coordinately in Meijiang district,and realizes the Division of data types of " Three areas and three lines " conflict area.(3)Database construction and service design of "three areas and three lines"Realize the classified storage,management and interaction of "three areas and three lines" related data,and build the corresponding geospatial database.From the perspective of user needs,this paper analyzes the function of geographic information service,and designs the realization steps of the function.(4)Construction of map visualization platform of "three areas and three lines"The overall architecture of the platform is designed.Combining with Geo Server,HTML(5),CSS(3),vue.js,openlayers and other technologies,the map visualization of "three areas and three lines" is realized from the perspective of geographic service standardization.Nodejs and Express technologies are used to realize user management services,and the ECharts framework is embedded to realize visual interaction and assist user analysis Using plug-in technology,the coding unified service and other functions are realized,and simplify the extraction of "three areas and three lines".
