Heating energy-saving product is regarded as the future development direction of the southern region because of its energy-saving,environmental protection and comfort characteristics,but the current policies and regulations on heating energy saving are not perfect.And the equipment with heating and energy saving product,due to the characteristics of high construction cost and high operating cost and the traditional consumption habits of consumers,cause residents to have certain limitations on the application of heating and energy saving product.Since there is no mandatory policy in the southern heating area.The promotion of heating and energy-saving product requires the active response of residents in the southern region.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the action mechanism of applying heating and energy saving product.Based on the law of market subsidence,new product are widely used and popularized in first-tier cities,and are more easily promoted in other subsidence markets.Therefore,this study chose Shanghai,the only super first-tier city in the southern heating area,as the research location.This research is based on the research results of previous scholars and based on the theory of planned behavior.This study sorts out and analyzes the influencing factors related to the application of heating and energy-saving product behaviors and their relationship,constructs a conceptual model of applied heating and energy-saving behavior,and uses structural equation model analysis to measure the relationship and intensity of each influencing factor.In this study,Shanghai was selected for empirical investigation,using structural equation model analysis method and SPSS and Mplus software for model analysis.The results showed that: Attitude,subjective norms,social environment,and perceived behavior control are all positively correlated with the intention of applying heating and energy saving product.Subjective norms are the most significant factors that affect the application of heating and energy saving behaviors;Attitude indirectly affects the application of heating and energy-saving product,but it is a partial intermediary role for the purchase of energy-saving product,and a complete intermediary role for the use of heating and energy-saving product.The social environment cannot indirectly affect the application of heating product through the application of heating energy-saving product.Perceived behavior control can directly affect the behavior of applied heating energy-saving product.In addition,this study found that residents of different ages have differences in the application of heating and energy-saving product,and there is no difference in the characteristics of residential homes for heating and energy-saving product.Therefore,in order to promote the rapid promotion of heating and energy-saving product,policy suggestions such as fostering an attitude towards applying heating and energy-saving product,creating a social atmosphere for applying heating and energy-saving product,enhancing awareness of heating and energy-saving product,and encouraging residents to recommend heating and energy-saving product to each other are proposed.The paper has 3 figures,39 tables,and 117 references.
