Study On The Tourism Efficiency Of Forest Parks In China Based On Three-Stage DEA Model

Since the development of China's forest park tourism industry for more than 30 years,it has not only become a strong hand to protect forestry resources and ecological environment,but also an important way to practice ecological civilization construction,promote low-carbon life,and promote social and economic development.China's forest park tourism is still an important sunrise industry,green industry,and prosperity industry for China's forestry development.It is also the most direct way to cultivate people to establish the "harmonious coexistence between man and nature" and practice the "two mountains theory".Therefore,it is imperative to study the high-quality development of forest park tourism industry.To ensure the social benefits of the forest park tourism industry,and to improve the economic benefits of the forest park tourism industry,to optimize the allocation of forest park resources is the current forest park development to continue to solve the problem.To explore efficiency of forest park tourism,this article is based on the three stage DEA model,selection of 31 provinces of mainland China domain as the research unit,and the interception of 2009~2018 as the time section,from the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the three aspects to our country forest park tourism study efficiency,to provide objective basis for the forest park of the management of the varieties in the future and reference.At first,the paper discriminates the concepts of forest park tourism and tourism efficiency,and then defines the concept of forest park tourism efficiency.Through the summary and review of forest park tourism and tourism efficiency,the research results and deficiencies of existing literature are clarified,and the main research contents and framework of this paper are determined.Secondly,on the basis of existing scholar of forest park tourism efficiency of input-output index selection of content,on the basis of its characteristics in this paper,the research identified the four input indicators,6 output indicators,constructs the evaluation index system of forest park tourism efficiency,and USES the three-stage DEA method using the BCC model to the input-output indicators to measure at the first stage.Thirdly,using the SFA regression analysis method,the input relaxation variable measured in the first stage was taken as the explanatory variable,and the six selected environmental variables were used for the regression analysis,aiming to eliminate the influence of external environmental factors,random error term and management inefficiency,and finally obtain the adjusted input variable.Finally,the adjusted input variables and the original variables were used again to calculate the efficiency of the third stage by using the BCC model.After three stages of treatment,the more accurate and objective value of forest parktourism efficiency is finally obtained,excluding the influence of external environmental factors.Through measurement and analysis,the paper finds that the overall level of comprehensive efficiency of forest tourism in China is relatively high.The average values of comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of forest tourism in China during the study period are0.8764,0.9429 and 0.9242,respectively.On the whole,the pure technical efficiency value of forest park tourism in China is higher than the scale efficiency value,which indicates that China's forest park tourism is transforming and upgrading to the trend of intensive economic growth.Regional economic development level,traffic accessibility,area per capita income level,government support,the density of national forest park and forest resources endowment 6 kinds of external environment factors on the efficiency of forest park tourism in China affect significantly,in Tianjin,Sichuan,Tibet,Shan'xi,Gansu and Xinjiang region are most affected by the external environment factors;The external environmental factors make the tourism comprehensive efficiency value,the pure technical efficiency value and the scale efficiency value which have not been adjusted before large,which makes the actual situation of forest park tourism efficiency inflated.Efficiency value of 0.9 for critical point efficiency of forest park tourism in China can be divided into five types,respectively is: Heilongjiang,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and so on six provincial represented ? class provincial,Qinghai,Guizhou,Inner Mongolia and other 11 provinces domain of ? provincial,represented by the Hebei province ? province area,Hubei,Shanxi,Yunnan nine provinces domain of ? class provincial represented,Shanghai and Guangxi,Xinjiang and Tibet ?class provincial.
