In recent years, the world is facing serious environmental problems, such as climate warming, ecological deterioration, and so on.As the largest developing country in the world,it is an important foundation to maintain the stability and growth of grain production for China. However, the change trend of China's climate and environment have led to natural resources, including grain varieties and cropping system of many important factors affecting grain production, and may cause food production is not conducive to China's grain production situation. At the same time, the international agricultural monopoly capital is trying to use the adverse effects of climate change on food production in our country, especially in our country gradually increase the grain market opening-up situation, with its own key technology and capital advantages to enter China's food industry, and ultimately achieve the purpose of controlling our food system. Therefore, based on the current situation, this paper studies the impact of climate change, may have on China's grain production at the same time, and analyzes the international monopoly capital utilization agricultural climate change to China's grain production and the impact of system. This paper summarizes and comments on the monopoly and the formation and development of agriculture and international agriculture monopoly capital and its influence on grain production, analysis of international monopoly capital by agricultural advantage in capital and technology monopoly and other means to disrupt the food supply and demand balance system is self-sufficient and general conclusion to control food industry in developing countries. Then the two kinds of empirical research methods, analysis of possible implications of climate change on grain production in China: one is through the introduction of climate change factors have a direct impact on food production and nonclimate factors of production of grain production, the use of econometric vector autoregressive model(VAR Vector,Auto Regression)the specific impact analysis the climatic factors on grain production in china. Two is the use of artificial neural network model, study and prediction of climate change, the climate factors led to changes in grain yield in Huang-huai-hai region may take place in our country. The main conclusions of the study are: in the simulation of temperature increase of 10% and 20%,the grain yield prediction in Huang-huai-hai region than the actual yield showed a reduction phenomenon. It shows that climate change has a great possibility to produce adverse effects on China's grain production, and also provides favorable conditions for the international agricultural monopoly capital to control China's grain system.Based on the above analysis conclusion, climate change could lead to China's output will adversely affect China's grain production varieties, system and system, reflect the grain varieties of China's vulnerability and sensitivity, high quality and resistance to grain varieties and lead to improved climate change food production effect of grain planting system in China and layout problem. And this will be the favorable conditions and the breakthrough of agricultural international monopoly capital into China's food system, there is a gap between the grain production in western developed countries and the current grain production mode of our country agriculture and international monopoly capital control, agricultural international monopoly capital through its monopoly capital advantage to accelerate the strategic layout in China's food industry the influence of China's grain production and food systems. At present, the international agricultural monopoly capital by using the vulnerability and simplify the problem of climate change, food supply and demand of Chinese food and with the market and capital advantage, attempts from a technical level, the level of trade and the weakening of our government regulation and control of grain production in grain production control in china. Finally, based on the above research results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to deal with the impact of international agricultural monopoly capital on China's grain production under climate change.
