Urbanization is a symbol of national modernization,it is a natural and historical process in which agriculture is gradually de-agriculturalized and rural population has become urban population along with industrial development.Resources and environment is the organic carrier that provides the most basic resource material and living environment for human beings.As an important component of the human-earth system,the disturbance of the natural system and the pressure on the resources and environment caused by the advancement of urbanization are closely related.In recent years,a series of environmental problems have exposed the uncoordinated development of human-land relations.Sichuan Province is a largest province in terms of population in China,resources and economy,explores the spatial coupling relationship between the level of urbanization in Sichuan's counties and the pressure on resources and the environment from the perspective of land use.The spatial coupling path to determine whether it meets the functional positioning of the main functional zoning is of great significance to the future urbanization of Sichuan Province and the sustainable development of resources and environment.In order to find out the spatial coupling relationship between the level of urbanization and the pressure of resources and environment in the counties of Sichuan Province,this article takes 183 districts(cities)and counties in Sichuan Province as samples,based on socioeconomic data and land use in Sichuan Province counties in 2005,2010 and 2015 Data,using technical software platforms such as ArcGIS,GeoDa,EViews,and SPSS to calculate urbanization levels and comprehensive resource and environmental pressures in counties in Sichuan Province by establishing urbanization evaluation index systems,ecological footprints,and carbon footprint models,etc.,using spatial correlation analysis And spatial coupling exploratory analysis to explore the characteristics of spatial coupling between the two.Finally,based on the spatially coupled evolutionary paths between the three time nodes,partitioning isproposed,and countermeasures are proposed to coordinate the contradiction between urbanization and resource and environmental pressures in the counties in the future.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall level of urbanization has steadily improved,and the characteristics of spatial agglomeration have become increasingly prominent.The counties(cities and districts)of Sichuan Province have gradually increased their urbanization level since 2005,2010 and 2015.From 2005 to 2010,the level of urbanization in Sichuan's counties showed a "low level-high speed" development.Between 2010 and 2015,Sichuan The overall level of provincial urbanization showed a "higher level-lower speed" development,and the urbanization level in the second period was slightly slower than the first period.From a spatial perspective,the concentration effects of districts and counties with different levels of urbanization gradually appear,the circle structure and the dough surface structure gradually become more prominent,and the radiative effect of central cities gradually increases.The districts(cities and counties)with higher urbanization levels are mostly concentrated in the Chengdu Plain,the Anning River Basin in south Sichuan,and the northeastern Sichuan region.They are mostly divided into urban development zones,and counties(cities and districts)with low urbanization levels are mostly distributed in western Sichuan The plateau and central Sichuan are mostly located in key ecological function areas.(2)The overall pressure on resources and environment is at a relatively low level,but it is slowly rising.At the Sichuan Province level,Sichuan Province as a whole showed a low level of pressure on resources and environment in 2005.The overall pressure of Sichuan Province in2010 was mainly low-pressure,but the pressure on resources and environment slightly increased compared with 2005.In 2015,Sichuan provinces(cities,districts)with a low level of pressure accounted for 43.72%,and counties(cities,districts)with a high level of resource and environmental pressure accounted for 12.57%,an increase of 8.2% over 2005.In both time periods,the pressure on resources and environment showed a low-speed increase.In terms of spatial distribution,high-resource and environmental counties(cities,districts)are mainly distributed in the area east of the Chengdu Plain,and they show a trend of cluster expansion,with significant agglomeration effects.Counties(cities and districts)with high resource and environmental pressure are mainly distributed in urban development zones and some major agricultural production areas;counties(cities and districts)with low resource and environmental pressure are mainly distributed in the western Sichuan plateau,southern Sichuan and northern Sichuan hilly areas.(3)The evolutionary zoning of spatial coupling paths of urbanization and pressure on resources and environment can be divided into 6 types.Among them,six types of evolutionary subzones exist in the urban development zone at the same time.There are 21 counties(cities,districts)in the high-level and high-pressure sustained area ?,and 25 counties(cities,districts)in the high-level and high-pressure sustained area ?.There are 13 counties(cities,districts)in the level low-pressure coordination zone ?,9 counties(cities,districts)in the high-level low-pressure coordination zone II,and 7 counties(cities,districts)in the low-level high-stress early warning zone.There are 16 counties(cities,districts)in low-level and low-pressure wandering areas;there are 5types of sub-regions in the main agricultural production areas,of which there are 5 high-level and high-pressure continuous areas ? and high-level and low-pressure coordination areas? There are 4 high-level low-pressure coordination areas II,4 counties(cities,districts)in low-level high-pressure early warning areas,21 low-level and low-pressure wandering areas,and 4 types of zones in key ecological function areas.There are 2 types of high-level and high-pressure continuous area II,4 counties(cities,districts)of high-level and low-pressure coordination area I,4 high-level and low-pressure coordination areas II,and 47 low-level and low-pressure wandering areas.(4)Policy recommendations.Sichuan Province should continue to create a situation in which there are multiple branches and five districts in a coordinated and common development.The province will implement the "three lines and one order" into the entire process of economic development in accordance with the main functional divisions.For urban development zones,realize the transformation of new-type urbanization,divert large industrial enterprises,pay attention to the improvement of people's living environment,and lead the balanced economic development of other regions.The main producing areas of agricultural products have steadily pushed forward the urbanization rate,developed green agricultural products in accordance with local conditions,and guaranteed the supply of agricultural products and food security throughout the province.In key ecological function areas,adhering to the principle of“grasping protection and not developing”,is a key step for the implementation of the Yangtze River protection strategy.
