With the rapid development of economic and society,the demand for water resources will be larger and larger,and the contradiction between supply and demand will be more and more prominent,especially the water competition between industries will be more intense.Increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand of water resources,it is necessary to enhance the capacity of river basin water resources within the overall control,improve the management level,and then realize the rational allocation of water resources,water self-purification ability to ascend and so on.Finally,the development and utilization of water resources and the coordination between ecological and environmental protection are realized,the carrying capacity of water resources is enhanced,the contradiction between water supply and demand is alleviated,the deterioration of ecological environment is curbed,and the sustainable development of economy and society is supported.Taking Hunhe River Basin as the study object,based on the actual situation of water resources in the Hunhe River Basin,this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing a water resources dispatching system,constructs a water resources dispatching model in the Hunhe River Basin,and designs a decision support system for water resources dispatching in the Hunhe River Basin.(1)Natural geography,social economic situation and the development and utilization of water resources situation in Hunhe River Basin is introduced.This paper sorted out the number,location and mutual relations of the entities in Hunhe River Basin,including rivers,reservoirs,catchment areas and hydrological stations,generalized Hunhe River Basin,and con Fig ured corresponding algorithms to complete the construction of the water resources management model in Hunhe River Basin.(2)Combination with the practical dispatching work of hun river basin,this paper puts forward the necessity of construction of hun river basin water resources scheduling decision support system,and designed in conformity with the practical work scheduling requirements of hun river basin four modules,data maintenance,routine scheduling,allocation of water resources,water resources scheduling situation),and on the function of each module in detail in the system design.Data maintenance is mainly used for basic data entry and maintenance functions,including social and economic data entry and maintenance,water users,water sources and water sources.The allocation of water resources is mainly used for the verification and supervision of the total water use control index of cities and counties in Hunhe River Basin.According to different needs of users and combined with geographic information,water resources scheduling situation can display all information related to the scheduling scheme in words,Tab les,images and other ways.The conventional dispatching module is mainly used to analyze the balance of water supply and demand in the basin based on the water inflow forecast in the basin and the water demand plan of each administrative region under normal circumstances,adjust the reservoirs in different ways,and formulate a reasonable water resource dispatching plan under the premise of meeting the water consumption of each administrative region.(3)The system interface was designed visually,and the water resources scheduling scheme of Hunhe River Basin in 2025 was simulated by the system.The practicability and rationality of the system were verified by water inflow forecast,water use declaration and water supply and demand balance calculation.
