Nenjiang River is the northern source of Songhua River,originating from the Yile Huli Mountain in Daxing'anling.The river flows from north to south through the three provinces of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,Heilongjiang Province and Jilin Province.With the development of social economy,the urbanization process is accelerating,the agricultural irrigation area is expanding,the water demand in the Nenjiang River Basin will continue to increase,and the contradiction between water supply and demand will be further aggravated.In order to alleviate the pressure on the sustainable use of water resources in the basin,it is necessary to strengthen the management of water resources in the basin and gradually realize the overall regulation of water resources in the basin.This paper takes Nenjiang River Basin as the research object,and analyzes the requirements of water resources dispatching system in Nenjiang water resources,constructs the water resources dispatching model of the basin,designs the functional framework of the system,and constructs the Nenjiang water resources dispatching decision support system.This paper first introduces the natural geography,socio-economic profile and current situation of water resources development and utilization in the Nenjiang River Basin,and sorts out the water system,reservoir,hydrological station,catchment area,water unit,water intake,administrative area,water resources division and water resources in the Nenjiang River Basin.The number,location and relationship of entities such as partitions are calculated.The water resources network generalization map is constructed,and the corresponding algorithms are configured for the basin entities to complete the construction of the Nenjiang River basin model.Then,combined with the Nenjiang water resources dispatching work flow,the demand analysis of the Nenjiang water resources dispatching decision support system was carried out,and the four modules of comprehensive display,dispatching situation,regular dispatching and decision-making meeting in line with the actual dispatching work requirements were designed.Each module has been designed in detail.The comprehensive display is to display the current overall water conservancy project basic information,water resources monitoring information and overall situation in the Songliao River Basin.The water resources dispatching situation displays various actual and planned information related to the dispatching plan in the form of words,tables,charts,graphs,images,images,etc.,and is constantly updated.The preparation of water resources dispatching plan mainly serves the preparation,management and comparison of dispatching plans.The decision-making meeting mainly provides support for decision-making consultations,management order management,and historical meeting information viewing of water resources scheduling schemes.Finally,the application of the system is introduced by taking the 2018 annual dispatching plan as an example.The rationality and practicability of the system are verified by the forecast of incoming water,water declaration,balance calculation of supply and demand.
