| Most production scheduling systems are composed of different components,and the state deterioration of each internal component will affect the system.However,many researchers will regard the system as a whole and ignore the state of each component in the system in their research.If the components with serious deterioration are not repaired in time,it may lead to system failure and downtime.Therefore,it is very important to reasonably arrange the maintenance activities of various components in the production scheduling system.During the production scheduling process,the economic dependencies between the components within the system are considered.For the joint optimization problem of condition-based maintenance and production scheduling for different multi-component system,the following researches are studied:(1)For different two-component systems,in order to carry out effective management and maintenance in the production scheduling process,a joint strategy of condition-based maintenance and single-machine scheduling based on 0-1 planning is formulated.Taking the sequence of scheduling jobs and the 0-1 logical variables of different parts as the decision variables,a joint decision-making model with the optimization objective of minimizing the weighted total expected completion time is established.Based on this,the general formula for calculating the maintenance combination probability and probability density of the existence of two different parts in the production scheduling process is deduced.Through numerical analysis experiments,the accuracy and effectiveness of the joint decision-making model are verified.(2)For a different multi-component system with high security requirements,the system performance reliability constraint is considered.A joint strategy of production scheduling and multi-component condition-based maintenance based on reliability constraints is proposed,and an optimization model with the maximum delay time and the minimum is established.Under the premise of ensuring the reliability of the system,according to the deterioration state of each component in the system after each scheduling job,the specific maintenance status of each component in the system is judged.And the maximum delay time after each scheduling job is calculated,the optimization results of the joint model without reliability constraints are compared.Numerical experiments show that the joint model is correct and effective. |
