Abstract/Summary:
With the intensification of market competition and the personalization of customer needs,how to effectively match customers’ different needs and production resources has become the concern of most enterprises.In order to improve customer satisfaction,enterprises need to reasonably arrange scheduling schemes according to the order requirements of different customers in order to deliver according to the product delivery time requirements.As a typical production scheduling problem,the whole-set order scheduling problem is to study how to make full use of limited production resources to arrange the production tasks of customer orders according to the different needs of customers,so as to formulate a scheduling scheme to meet the needs of different customers.However,in the actual production process,with the increase of operation time,the equipment will deteriorate until failure.Once the failure occurs,it will bring expensive failure maintenance and shutdown loss costs.Although preventive maintenance of the equipment can improve its reliability,the maintenance period will occupy production time,which will directly affect the on-time delivery of customer orders.Therefore,it is necessary to study the joint decision-making of whole-set order scheduling and equipment maintenance,so as to guide enterprises to formulate reasonable production scheduling and maintenance plans.This article is aimed at two different production systems,single machine and flow-shop.,based on the mutual restriction relationship between whole-set order scheduling and equipment maintenance,this paper formulates the corresponding maintenance strategy for the equipment whose performance gradually deteriorates in the process of whole-set order scheduling,establishes the corresponding joint decision model,and studies the joint decision-making of whole-set order scheduling and equipment maintenance.Firstly,in this paper,for the single equipment system whose failure time obeys the known distribution,the corresponding equipment maintenance activities or subsequent scheduling tasks are determined according to the failure rate.According to this strategy,a joint decision-making model is constructed with the order of processing operations,the disappointment rate limit of preventive maintenance and the coefficient of order whole-set as decision variables,and the optimization objective is maximizing the number of weighted whole-set orders.According to the characteristics of joint decision-making problem,an improved GSO algorithm is designed to solve it,and the applicability of the improved algorithm to joint decision-making problem is verified.Secondly,for the multi equipment production system whose state can be detected,taking the general flow shop as the production object,considering the continuous deterioration of equipment in the processing process,taking the processing operation sequence,the 0-1 logical variable for determining preventive maintenance and the coefficient of order whole-set as decision variables as the decision variables of the model,and the optimization objective is the maximizing the number of total weighted whole-set orders.A joint decision model of flow shop whole-set order scheduling and condition based maintenance is established.In arrange to upgrade the optimization capacity of the calculation,combine the local optimization capacity of the Glowworm swarm optimization algorithm(GSO)with the global optimization ability of the genetic algorithm(GA),a three-stage coding GSO-GA algorithm is designed to solve the model.Finally,the processing equipment of a marine pipe production enterprise is selected as the research object,and the actual production example is solved by using the joint decision-making and improved algorithm of whole-set order scheduling and equipment maintenance proposed in this paper.The comes about are compared with the original production illustration to demonstrate the effectiveness of the joint decision-making and the proposed algorithm.
