Risk Management Research Of GY Group Business Secret Oa System Integration Project

This paper is based on the process of enterprise risk management,project risk management,documents and books information on the system integration project and the classified system of risk management through the analysis and Research on the case of a system integration project their own participation,and to identify the risk and proposed solutions to cope with risks,summed up the use of project specific project in the risk management.This paper can be divided into the following parts: In the first part,I will stress the purpose of the research done by this eassy,points out the current research target and research content,and combines the research status at home and abroad to make a literature review,and summarizes the related concepts and tools;In the second part,discusses the background and general situation of the project;In the third part,identify the risk of the case project,use expert judgment for qualitative analysis,and AHP for quantitative analysis of the risk factors,and make a detailed assessment of the risk factors in the implementation process of the project;In the fourth part,discuss the risk management practice of the case project and propose solutions,respectively,to deal with the risks of the project.After the research and practice described in this paper,GY Group has formulated relevant confidentiality rules and regulations,and conducted various kinds of training and daily publicity and supervision of confidentiality for secret-related personnel and ordinary employees,which provides a strong basis for similar confidentiality types of projects in the future.The author also hopes that the research and practice of this project will provide more effective reference for risk management of this kind of confidential information integration system project.
