Research On Private Occupation Of Public Space In Residential Community From The Perspective Of Game

With the rapid development of new-type urbanization,the resource attributes of public space in residential communities have become increasingly prominent,and the scarcity of space resources has conflicted with space requirements.At the same time,the phenomenon of private occupation of public space in residential communities is also increasing.This kind of private occupation of public space easily leads to social contradictions and conflicts,causing the private occupation of public space to be out of order,and related disputes caused by it often appear.This not only seriously affects the quality of life of the residents of communities,but in the long run will bring many negative effects to the development and stability of the city,and leave many social problems and hidden dangers.In addition,the private occupation of public space in residential communities is not conducive to public space resources Improve utilization efficiency and implement refined urban management.The problem of the private occupation of public space in residential communities is universal.It is necessary to conduct in-depth investigation and research on this issue in order to find the source of the problem and solve the problem.Based on a field investigation of the public space private use in residential communities in the province,this article uses literature research methods to summarize and study the private occupation of public areas in residential communities,and analyzes the main factors that occupy public areas in residential areas.Analyze the interest relationship and game strategy of each subject.From the perspective of the game,a game model is constructed among the four participating agents: the government,the developer,the property company,and the owner.The game analysis is performed on multiple agents to obtain the game results.Combined with the real case of A Community in S City,this paper analyzes the current situation and reasons for the public space,which is a property management house in residential communities,being privately occupied,so as to enrich the society's understanding of the concept and essential attributes of public space in urban residential communities.Through the game results,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to solve the problem of private occupation in public space,and feasible countermeasures such as government supervision and management,public property rights awareness,and co-governance are proposed.This research has a positive effect on solving the problems of private occupation of public space in residential communities,improvement of property rights awareness of residents in residential communities,enrichment of urban community governance experience,and implementation of refined urban management.
