| With the development of society and economy,the process of industrialization and urbanization in China into the fast lane,a large number of construction sites in t he contradiction between cultivated land decreasing,the ecological environment has been severely damaged,The key to alleviate this problem is protect arable land and improve land use structure and layout.Land resources management involves a large number of spatial data and attribute data,data acquisition,storage,query,analysis and update.The traditional manual operation and paper storage management model has been unable to adapt to the new situation of land resources management.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of their respective GPS,GIS and RS,based on the background and development trend of land consolidation analysis,construction of land resources information monitoring and supervision system,analyzes the function demand of the system,design the overall structure and the core of the database system,and taking Lingui County Chadong village rich land consolidation reservoir as an example,monitoring and supervision system of 3S technology to build the research,planning and design,implementation and acceptance of the follow-up management provides technical support and implementation of land consolidation based on platform.(1)The background and current development trend of land consolidation are analyzed.Use and management methods according to the needs of the new normal under the management of land resources and land remediation projects in the process of information,analysis of the current situation of domestic research,and the related research on land resource information of 3S monitoring method and system based on the construction of the two international and domestic aspects of the existing problems.(2)The key technology and theory of 3S are explored.From the aspects of RS,GPS and GIS technology concept,characteristics,app lication methods and techniques,this paper expounds the application of 3S in different stages of land consolidation.The classification of remote sensing digital image acquisition and high resolution remote sensing image RS,positioning and measurement of GPS,GIS on the data acquisition,organization,storage,query,analysis,and management,provide technical support and data base for the construction of monitoring and supervision system of land.(3)The land resources information comprehensive monitoring a nd supervision system based on 3S technology constructed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of land resources monitoring and supervision,system integration,data integration,information integration and visualization of the results of "heaven a nd earth," the integration of the implementation of the management system of the overall framework are constructed.According to the monitoring data of different sources of core database design system based on 3S technology,and the construction of the data for the realization of the supervision system management platform.(4)The information management of land consolidation project based on 3S technology are realized.On the basis of comprehensive supervision system of land resources "a map" on the design of architecture,the main function of land supervision and the different types of the functional design,and taking Lingui County Chadong village rich reservoir land as an example,the land reclamation monitoring and supervision system are constructed,in the processing of feasibility study planning,design,implementation and acceptance of project shows the implementation of data management and visualization.A comprehensive monitoring and supervision system are constructed based on 3S technology,It improved the efficiency of land resources information processing,implements the effective use of resources and management;Combination of 3S technology to build land comprehensive monitoring and supervision system solves the problems of land reclamation work records management difficulties,information retrieval and complex,difficult problem of accurate data analysis,It provides a new way for the land resource information of the organization,storage,query and management. |
