Research On Technology And Application Of Land Use Dynamic Monitoring Based On "3S"

Technology of "3S" is Important mean that dynamically monitoring the land use and founding the land-change region. With the rapid development of urbanization and the increase of demand for land, dynamic monitoring of land use provides accurate and detailed basis for the land and resources management because of its advanced technology, the current situation of access to information and accurately grasping the dynamics of land use change information.In this paper, I summary the theory and research developments of dynamic monitoring of land use, and clarify the topics of the background and significance of the study ,then described the content and methods.I produce a complete DOM of resolution 2.5m by the data source of SPOT-5 panchromatic and multispectral images of 2008 and 2009 Case in Jiaozhou.It discusses advantages and disadvantages of the two methods using image difference method and Classification comparison method, then extracts the change information of the images assisted by manual interpretation.I conduct a survey to verify and collate storage for the extracted information ,and assess the accuracy, then get information on new construction land use change of Jiaozhou in 2009.Finally, I detailed analysis of new construction sites in number, type, use of farmland and drivers using statistical analysis, and described the characteristics and trends of new construction sites.,then I summarized the monitoring results application in land use change survey, land-use planning, farmland protection, land comprehensive remediation and Law enforcement inspection.
