Study On The Development Coordination Between Industrial Structure And Land Use Structure In Dongxihu District

The basic national condition of China is that we have a large population and abundant resources with less per capital arable land resource,and the contradiction between human and land is very sharp.Throughout the history of regional economic development,the economic development of any region should be based on the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Only continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial structure can provide continuous power for regional economic development,and all industrial development should take land resources as the carrier.Reasonable adjustment of industrial structure can effectively promote the coordinated development of economy,and the premise of industrial structure adjustment is to have corresponding bearing space,that is,land use structure,and the rational allocation of land use structure also benefits from the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.There is a corresponding relationship between industrial institutions and land use structure in a certain period of time.Land use structure is the basis of industrial structure layout and development.Social-economic development will inevitably lead to changes in industrial structure,which will be reflected in land use structure.Only by optimizing the two structures at the same time can we promote the coordinated development of the region.This paper summarized and sorted out the data of land use status and yearbook statistics of the Dongxihu district from 2009 to 2017,and then analyzed the industrial structure and land use structure status and the evolution of the Dongxihu district during the research period by means of information entropy and grey correlation analysis.In this paper,we established the coupling model of "land use and industry" in the Dongxihu district to study the coupling coordination between the two.According to the research results,this paper summarizes some problems existing in the development process of Dongxihu district,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for these problems,so as to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and land use structure in Dongxihu district,and achieve the goal of benign interactive and coordinated development.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:The industrial structure of Dongxihu district has been changed from "one,two,three" structure to "two,three,one" structure,and it trends to change to "three,two,one" structure.The industrial structure of Dongxihu district was constantly upgraded.The structure of land use shows a trend of decreasing proportion of agricultural land and increasing proportion of construction land.Through the time series statistical analysis of industrial structure and land use structure,we found that during the study period,the deviation coefficient of industry structure and land use structure trends to increases first and then decreases.The per capita GDP grows significantly faster than the construction land area per capital growth rates.It shows that the adjustment and optimization of land use in Dongxihu district is stronger than that of industrial structure.Through the coupling mechanism analysis of industrial structure and land use structure analysis we found that during the study period,the coupling level of land use structure and industrial structure in Dongxihu district gradually decreased,and the dominant changed from industrial structure to land use structure,.At present stage,Dongxihu district should pay more attention to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and cultivation of new industries to promote that the land utilization structure and industrial structure can realize the optimal layout.And it is necessary to prevent the land utilization structure and industrial structure coupling getting into recession.There are still some problems such as unbalanced industrial structure,too traditional pillar industries and lack of innovation,unreasonable land use structure,disordered layout and small development space.In order to solve the problems above and promote the sustainable and coordinated development of Dongxihu district,it is necessary to improve the industrial access threshold of the development zone,activate the existing industrial land resources,accelerate the "integration of multiple regulations",establish the dynamic supervision system of "one industrial land" by means of information,and combine the market mechanism and administrative intervention.
