This paper takes the wild vines of Wu'an National Forest Park in Hebei as the survey object, and conducts on-the-spot investigations on 14 natural villages, surrounding forests and 6 scenic spots in the area through large-scale line survey method and small-scale plot survey method. The species composition, fauna, ornamental characteristics and development value of vines were analyzed, and the introduction and breeding of vines were studied. The results are as follows:?1?Wu'an National Forest Park is relatively rich in vine resources. There are a total of 27 families,53 genera and 92 species of vines in the survey area.Among the genus species, there are only 2 families with more than 10 families, namely Cucurbitaceae and Leguminosae. The main representative plants are Trichosanthes and Pueraria montana are the only ones.Classification of genus plants according to genus has obvious advantages. From the vine category, there are 24 families,50 genera and 85 species of dicotyledonous plants, which have obvious advantages.Among them,55 species of grass vines account for 59.78%of the total species. At the species level, the diversity advantage of grass vines is obvious..The life type has the highest proportion of high buds,up to35.89%;the fruit type is mostly dried fruits. The geographical composition of the flora is complex and diverse, with the most concentrated distribution in the pantropical zone, reflecting the climatic characteristics of its north-south handover.?2?Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process?AHP?to create an index evaluation system based on the evaluation value, ecological value and resource utilization value, and using13 evaluation factors such as plant type characteristics as the standard layer,78 wild vines were planted.Evaluation.The results showed that there were 20 species of grade I vines, such as Pueraria montana,Celastrus orbiculatus, and Clematis kirilowii, which had high ornamental value, abundant resources and strong resistance. It is very suitable for introduction and application in gardens;Grade II vines have 23 species such as Clematis grandidentata,Ampelopsis aconitifolia and Dioscorea nipponica.Ornamental value or ecological value, without major defects, suitable for selective development and utilization;Grade III and IV vines contain factors that are not suitable for introduction in one or more aspects, and are not recommended for introduction in gardens.?3?Taking the clematis sylvestris clematis and the woody vines Clematis clematis in the genus Clematis as an example, seed germination and cutting propagation experiments were carried out respectively. The results showed that the suitable soaking temperature of clematis chinensis seeds was low and it was not suitable for soaking for a long time. The soaking temperature was 30°C and the soaking time was 15 h,and the germination rate could reach 81.33%.Different hormone treatments had different effects on the survival rate of Taixing clematis, and IBA effect was significantly better than NAA and GA3.The best combination was immersed in the base of cuttings for 20 s with IBA at a concentration of 400 mg/L.The rooting rate and survival rate were 80.00%and 71.67%,respectively,and the survival rate was significantly improved.
