Abstract/Summary:
The seriousness and suddenness of earthquake disasters will bring serious economic losses and casualties.Therefore,earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work is necessary.In order to make earthquake prevention and disaster reduction work truly "prevention-oriented" principle,the data display and spatial analysis functions of geographic information system can collect and process city information.Thus,a scientific and general information system of urban comprehensive seismic capacity is established.The influencing factors of urban seismic capacity are mainly divided into five categories: building seismic capacity,lifeline seismic capacity(water supply,power supply,gas supply,traffic),monitoring and early warning capacity,emergency rescue capacity and emergency shelter capacity.Firstly,the risk analysis of the geological,topographical,seismic zone and other conditions in the study area is carried out.According to the calculation and analysis results,the possible earthquake location and magnitude in the future in the study area are found out.After setting the earthquake magnitude and the range of the ground motion influence field,the above influence factors are respectively analyzed for the urban seismic capacity.Establish SQL Server 2008 and personal Geodatabase database,connect with the information system,and sort out and store the basic seismic information of the city.It is convenient for the system to directly call the information in the database and store the system calculation results.With Arc GIS 10.2 as the development platform,combining C # and AE technology to establish an urban comprehensive seismic capacity information system.Functions such as data management analysis,urban basic information management,risk analysis,building,lifeline earthquake resistance analysis,and planning file management were implemented.The analysis methods of the seismic capability of each module are sorted,the code is written and embedded in the database,and it is called when the system performs calculations to obtain the seismic capability evaluation results.The system is demonstrated with an example,and the comprehensive seismic resistance level of the study area is finally obtained.The system finds the weak areas of urban earthquake resistance according to the calculation results,and provides a reference for the disaster prevention work of the earthquake prevention and disaster reduction department.Figure 62;Table 30;Reference 59...
