In recent years,the construction of natural reserves in Inner Mongolia has made great progress.According to statistics,as of the end of 2018,357 nature reserves of various types and different levels have been built,with a total area of 154,300 square kilometers,accounting for 13%of the territory of the region.It has made great contributions in protecting and cherishing endangered animals and plants,protecting biodiversity and achieving sustainable development of ecosystems.However,the problems of unsound management system,insufficient professional management personnel,and lagging equipment technology have led to poor reliability of the data obtained,lack of self-inspection process for survey data,lack of uniform specifications for results data,and difficulty in data aggregation,statistics,and sharing.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a set of Inner Mongolia Nature Reserve investigation and management platform in combination with modern information management technology to timely improve the deficiencies of traditional data collection and management methods.In this paper,by analyzing the status of the natural reserve survey management system at home and abroad and the actual management needs of the Inner Mongolia natural reserve,the functional architecture of the system is determined,which mainly includes the desktop client in C/S mode and the mobile client based on the Android platform.Among them,the mobile terminal is mainly responsible for field data collection,and this mobile terminal application system has changed the traditional method of surveying protected areas,and realized paperless collection of field information for protected areas.The desktop system is responsible for data processing in the industry,which mainly includes data editing,inspection,correction and output of results.The system realizes the export of customized questionnaire through the crystal report.Users can customize report templates and data sources to meet the needs of different protected areas and improve the applicability of the software.Using the powerful spatial analysis function of GIS technology,the chart is realized.The automatic inspection of spots and the automatic extraction of information have improved the accuracy of the zoning of maps,reduced repeated surveys in the field,and provided decision support for scientific and rational planning of protected areas.Through the combination of the mobile terminal and the desktop,the integrated operation of field data collection and internal data processing is realized,which effectively improves the work efficiency.In terms of system implementation,after analysis of needs,the paper takes the natural protected area of Inner Mongolia as the research object,and the mobile terminal implements a variety of map spotting and editing tools based on the Android system,including manual drawing,cross drawing points,coordinate drawing,Reverse drawing,etc.The desktop uses ArcGIS Engine 10.1 as the secondary development platform,Visual Studio 2013 as the system design and development platform,and the Geodatabase spatial data model and SQLite database as the system database.Attribute entry,spot check,statistical output and other functions.Through the combination of the mobile system and the desktop system,the construction of the Inner Mongolia Nature Reserve Investigation and Management System was completed,and the Inner Mongolia Daqinggou National Nature Reserve was used to conduct the application area test.Compared with the traditional nature reserve investigation and management methods,To achieve better results and achieve the desired goal.
