Staff scheduling is the process of generating a work plan that meets certain constraints within a period of time according to the work plan, and aims to rationally use human resources and improve work efficiency.A good scheduling plan has a positive significance for the production and operation of the enterprise, which can stimulate the enthusiasm of employees to work, reduce the invalid working hours of employees, and reduce the cost of human resources. An airport has long used manual scheduling to complete the scheduling of international check-in staff.Due to the characteristics of international check-in staff scheduling that the differences in employee qualifications, intermittent arrival of tasks throughout the day,and multiple types of tasks, the international check-in staff scheduling problem more complicated than the common staff scheduling proble.Facing the staff scheduling problem of high-complexity,manual scheduling is not only inefficient, but also cannot produce optimal scheduling results. In order to help an airport realize the optimization of international check-in staff scheduling,a scheduling algorithm is designed. However, when automatic scheduling is used for scheduling, under the condition that the scheduling algorithm is correctcorrect, due to various problems in the scheduling data, the situation that scheduling problem is unsolved frequently occurs, which greatly reduces the efficiency of automatic scheduling. In order to reduce unsolved data into scheduling calculations as much as possible, this article establishes a series of filtering rules to filter the data before scheduling, and filters out the unsolved data as much as possible to improve the efficiency of automatic scheduling. The specific research contents are as follows:First of all,the characteristics of the international check-in staff scheduling problem were analyzed in depth.Based on the study of a large number of research results and references of the staff scheduling problem, the classification method of the staff scheduling problem was summarized. Then, international check-in personnel scheduling problem was summarized as a typical task scheduling.Secondly,an integer programming model was established for the staff scheduling problem of international check-in at an airport. The reason why the scheduling algorithm unsolved was analyzed by combining with the realization process of automatic scheduling and the unsolved data appearing in actual scheduling. The data that causes the algorithm to be unsolved was summarized into two categories: unqualified data and data that violates constraints. Then, six types of filtering rules were established for specific problems in the two types of unsolved data.Unqualified data were tested for missing data, duplicate data, and outliers. The key point is to establish data filtering rules that violate the constraints.Based on the hard constraints of check-in personnel scheduling proposed in the scheduling model, according to the combination of different constraints, three types of rules for filtering data that violate the constraints are proposed. Finally, using the actual data of the international check-in staff at an airport, the effectiveness of the proposed series of filtering rules was evaluated. The effect of the rules was comprehensively evaluated by the filtering success rate, the percentage of the target filtering data in all data sets, and the time filtering rules were used. The conclusion is: for the 50 international check-in staff scheduling data sets involved in the study, the automatic scheduling time consumption after applying the filtering rules is 30.7% of the original time, which greatly improves the efficiency of automatic scheduling, and to a certain extent avoid the occurrence of false scheduling results.
