The ecological filter has the characteristics of low-energy and easy to maintain.The rhizosphere microorganisms in the ecological filter have a non-negligible effect on the removal of sewage.In this paper,the purification effect of the rural sewage ecological filter and the characteristics of different plant rhizosphere microorganisms in Nalu Village of Guizhou Province were studied.The removal effect of the ecological filter on COD,ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and antibiotics were investigated,and the correlation between rhizosphere microorganisms and sewage removal was analyzed.The results show that:(1)The total removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in the ecological filter was up to 67%,50%and 72%,respectively,which showed a great difference at different temperatures.The removal rates of ofloxacin(OFC)in July and September were 97%and 83%,and that of sulfamethoxazole(SMX)were 66%and94%.(2)The number of plant rhizosphere bacteria and ammoniated bacteria gradually increased with the temperature,and the highest number in September,respectively reached 147.00×10~5CFU/g,51.50×10~5CFU/g;other bacteria changes with temperature the rules are not obvious.Correlation analysis showed that the number of microorganisms had almost no correlation with the contents of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus.The number of nitrifying bacteria was significantly negatively correlated with SMM and OFC.The number of denitrifying bacteria was negatively correlated with SMM,OFC and OTC.Fungi had a negative correlation with SMZ,SMM and OFC,indicating that the presence of antibiotics has a certain effect on microorganisms.(3)The rhizosphere microbial diversity in pond 1 iris-pond 2 Canna+Thalia,pond 3 iris+canna-pond 4 Thalia decreased in July with the direction of water flow,and gradually increased in September.Proteobacteria account for the largest proportion among bacteria.The subgroup of Proteobacteria on the class level is the dominant population among all samples,and it is the main participant of organic degradation and nitrification.(4)The diversity of fungal communities in pond 1-pond 2 gradually increased with the direction of water flow in July,while ponds 3-pond 4 gradually decreased with the direction of water flow,which was the opposite in September.Among the fungi,there were more community species at the Genus level in July than September,and the Ascomycota was the dominant.(5)The microbial diversity of plant rhizosphere has a certain effect on the purification of water quality and the removal of antibiotics.The distribution and structural characteristics of microorganisms have a certain effect on the purification of sewage,and the relative abundance of bacteria and fungi in July and September is quite different.
