Research On The Evaluation Of Manufacturing Production Efficiency

China has entered the late stage of industrialization,and the development speed of the manufacturing industry has gradually slowed down.The advent of the fourth industrial revolution has put forward higher requirements for manufacturing production efficiency.To find the way to improve efficiency,we must first understand the current development situation.China is a vast country with significant differences in socioeconomic structure,policy environment,and technological level in different regions.The development categories and development difficulties of local manufacturing industries are also different,and the development levels of manufacturing industries in different regions are different.Difficult to measure with a single indicator such as capacity or number of patents.Therefore,it is important to objectively and scientifically assess the true level of efficiency of manufacturing in different regions of our country.So,what is the actual output efficiency of China's manufacturing industry at present? How to analyze the production efficiency of manufacturing industry based on the different external environment of different regions? How to formulate targeted efficiency improvement strategies and improve the overall efficiency of the manufacturing industry? In order to solve these problems,this article has established a scientific and reasonable efficiency evaluation system,fully considering the effects of environmental factors and random interference,introduced a three-stage DEA model,and objectively and fairly studied the production efficiency of 31 provinces and cities in China.Reflects the development of manufacturing in different regions.In addition,this article divides the comprehensive efficiency of manufacturing industry into pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and scale profitability,and divides the development level of manufacturing industry in different regions by type.The shortcomings of the development of manufacturing in different regions have identified the key environmental factors affecting the development of manufacturing,and provided strong theoretical support for China to formulate manufacturing-related efficiency improvement strategies.It is found through research that the scale of China's manufacturing industry is large,but the overall development quality is not high,and some inputs have not yet played an ideal role.The research results show that:(1)Environmental factors and random factors interfere with the production efficiency of manufacturing industry(2)The overall production efficiency of China's manufacturing industry is relatively low.Compared with pure technical efficiency,low scale efficiency is the main factor restricting the development of China's manufacturing industry.(3)The level of social input,government support,level of openness to the outside world,and consumption level of residents are the key external environmental factors that have a significant impact on the development of China's manufacturing industry.(4)The regional development of China's manufacturing industry has obvious differences,and the development of some regions is relatively slow.Finally,according to the results of the efficiency evaluation and the development status of China's manufacturing industry,a number of strategies for improving the efficiency of the manufacturing industry were put forward,including the following: On the one hand,to accelerate the progress of manufacturing production technology at the national level and optimize the industrial structure.On the other hand,improving the external environment for the development of manufacturing and promoting the positive impact of key environmental factors on efficiency.In addition,this article also distinguishes the types of manufacturing industries in each province and city and clarifies the development goals."Double high" pursues sophisticated development,"high and low" strengthens scale development,"low and high" promotes technological development,and "low and low" "Fast filling of vacancies and narrowing regional development gaps.
