Logistics Enterprise Efficiency Evaluation Based On Three-stage DEA Model

As one of the important components of China's national economy,the logistics industry has increasingly entered people's.lives in the era of vigorous development of network technology.With the development of the economy,logistics enterprises are also constantly developing.How to improve the operating efficiency of logistics enterprises and reduce the invalid input of logistics enterprises,thereby promoting the overall economic development of the country,is the key issue of this study.This article first discusses the research background and significance of the article,and summarizes the research of domestic and foreign scholars on the efficiency of logistics industry and the efficiency of logistics enterprises.Understand the current status and progress of the current academic research on logistics,and put forward your own research ideas on the basis of the predecessors,and lay the foundation for the following research.After that,an overview of the main nouns and theories in the article,a brief description of the model methods often used in efficiency research,comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and comprehensive consideration in combination with the research focus of this article,finally selected the three-stage DEA model studies the operational efficiency of logistics companies.Then this paper selects 86 listed logistics companies,the data from 2014 to 2018 for five years,and uses the three-stage DEA method to construct a logistics efficiency model.In the first stage,the super-efficiency DEA model is used to analyze and study the input and output indicator data;in the second stage uses the SFA regression model to perform regression analysis on the original input indicators of the first stage to explore the impact of environmental variables on the input indicators;in the third stage,the super-efficiency DEA model is still used to analyze and study the new input variables after the second stage and original output variables.The research results show that environmental variables have a significant impact on logistics efficiency.The operating efficiency of the third stage is significantly higher than that of the first stage.The verification results also changed from scale efficiency to lower operating efficiency to pure technical efficiency to lower operating efficiency.Finally,based on the analysis of the full text,according to the analysis results,four improvement methods are proposed to improve the operating efficiency of logistics operations,and find out the limitations of the article and the future research direction.
