Study On Chemical Constituents From An Invasive Plant Of Eupatorium Adenophorum Spreng

Euptorium adenophorum Spreng.,a family of Chrysanthemae,is a perennial herbaceous or subshrub.The country of origin is from Mexico to Costa Rica.In the 1940s,it was transmitted into Yunnan Province of China through natural diffusion at the China-Myanmar border.After years of invasion and diffusion,there is a large number of purplifera in the southwest of China,and there is a tendency to spread to the east and north.The ecological environment and economy of the southwest region are seriously damaged by E.adenophorum.It was included in the first list of invasive plants in 2003 and took the top of the list.The utilization of E.adenophorum resources has become one of the urgent problems to be solved at present.In order to further develop E.adenophorum and realize the purpose of resource utilization,the chemical constituents of E.adenophorum were studied by medium pressure column chromatography.The substances of E.adenophorum were separated by semi-prepared High Performance Liquid Chromatography and other chromatographic methods,the structure of the compounds was identified by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy,carbon spectrum and other modern spectral techniques,according to chemical and spectroscopic methods packed with ¹H-NMR,¹³C-NMR and ESI-MS,the structures were identified as E-melilotoside?1?,3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzoic acid?2?,4-hydroxy benzoic acid?3?,E-2-hydroxy cinnamic acid?4?,patuletin?5?,caffesic acid?6?,sinapic aldehyde?7?,2-oxocadinan-12,7-olide?8?,p-hydroxybenzoic acid ethyl ester?9?,4,9-dyhydroxy-9,10-dihydro-?-humulene?10?,oliolide,?1R,4R?-8a?-hydroxy-1-isopropyl-4,7-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,6,8a-hexahydro-naphthalene-2,6-dione?14?,Daedalin A?15?,10-oxo-7-hydroxy-nordehydrotremetone?16?,caffesic acid ethyl ester?17?,syringic acid?18?,3-hydroxy-4-[1-oxo-ethane]-benzoic acid?19?,ferulic acid?20?,tyrosol?21?,protocatechuic acid ethyl ester?22?,4-hydroxy-3-isopropyl benzoic acid?23?,balanophonin?24?,indole-3-carboxylic acid?25?,6-methoxy kaempferol?26?,?2S,3R?-7-hydroxytoxol?27?,luteolin?28?,protocatechuic acid?29?.Compounds 8,10 and 12were obtained as new sequiterpenoids.Compound 23 was obtained from natural organisms for the first time,compounds 9,13,15,18,19,21,22,24,25,26 was obtained from Euptorium for the first time,compounds 4,11,17,28 was obtained from E.adenophorum for the first time.The results of the cell activity test screening of the compounds were shown,the compounds 6 and 7had a certain inhibition effect on the gastric cancer cell line 7901.
