Eupatorium adenophorum is a typical worldwide invasive weed, which has caused serious economic loss and ecological "green" disaster in southwest China. Therefore, the prevention and control of invasive plants is imminent.Based on the review of the allelopathy mechanism of alien plant invasion at home and abroad and the research on the population expansion of Eupatorium adenophorum. This study focuses on the allelopathy of invasive plants, based on allelopathy and plant metabolism, seedling growth and soil ecological regulation regulating interaction theory, taking Eupatorium adenophorum as the research object, and the leaf and stem extracts as the entry point,on the basis of the previous research, further study the interaction and response of foreign plant allelopathy to local plants and soil.First of all, indoor cultivation was conducted to verify the metabolic effects of extraction solution of E.adenophorum on Arabidopsis thaliana; The following the photosynthetic pigment, antioxidant enzymes(POD,SOD,CAT),osmotic regulation(proline, soluble sugar, soluble protein),reactive oxygen species,MDA and other physiological and biochemical tests were conducted on mulberry seedlings through seedling experiments. The last by cultivating colony and the determination of enzyme activity, the leaf litter on the invasion of the influence of the soil microorganism, enzyme activity and feedback, this subject aims to clear the E.adenophorum allelopathy of the leaching solution, expounds its influence on plant metabolism, and the influence caused by the growth of seedlings, and sinochem allelopathic effects on the soil degradation of microeconomic regulation and finally explores E.adenophorum invasion of the feedback and its mechanism. The main results are as follows:(1)The GC-MS technology was used to analyze the difference in the metabolite content of Arabidopsis thaliana with different concentrations of Eupatorium adenophorum in the same habitat.A total of 234 metabolites were identified. The results of multiple analysis showed that there were 146 types of metabolites The expression of the substance in each concentration treatment was significantly different. These differences are mainly concentrated in metabolic pathways such as amino acid biosynthesis, sugar metabolism, and organic acids.Through the analysis of metabolic pathway enrichment,it can be seen that with the increase of the treatment concentration, the pathways of mineral absorption metabolism,ABS transport metabolism, and amino acid synthesis have significant effects. The determination of plant phosphorus absorption further verified that with the deepening of treatment concentration, the mineral absorption capacity of the test plants decreased.(2)Indoor planting method was used to determine the physiological and biochemical effects of different extracts from different parts of E.adenophorum on mulberry seedlings under different concentrations. The results showed that the inhibition effect on root length and seedling height of mulberry seedling increased with the increase of the concentration of the extracts from different parts of E.adenophorum.The chlorophyll content of the treated seedlings decreased slightly, the content of antioxidant enzymes(CAT,POD,SOD)decreased, the content of malondialdehyde increased, and the activity of H2O2 decreased significantly. The soluble protein content increased first and then decreased with the increase of treatment concentration. The soluble sugar content was negatively correlated with the treatment concentration. In the hydroponics experiment, the seedling height and root length of mulberry seedling were significantly inhibited with the deepening of treatment concentration, and the content of chlorophyll decreased significantly with the increase of treatment concentration. The content of CAT and SOD in antioxidant enzyme increased first and then decreased with the deepening of treatment concentration.POD is significantly lower. The content of malondialdehyde decreased slightly with the treatment concentration. In osmotic regulation, the contents of soluble sugar and soluble protein decreased significantly with the increase of proline content.Overall effect on leaf > stem.(3)Soil microbial traditional culture plate count method and soil enzyme activity, according to the results of E.adenophorum leaching solution after being absorbed by the soil,a significant increase in the number of colonies of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes, soil sucrase, phosphatase, urease activity increased significantly, shows E.adenophorum by changing the number of soil microorganism and enzyme activity, further mineralization of soil organic matter, the form is not absorbed by plants directly and decomposition of the product.Change the microbial community structure to form a single dominant species. The above results indicated that the microenvironment conducive to its own growth was formed by changing the soil microenvironment in the process of invasion E.adenophorum, which promoted the local plants to obtain nutrients by changing the metabolic pathway.Lead to native plant morphology changes and physiological and biochemical effects. It can enhance its relative competitiveness, improve its invasion ability and realize further invasion expansion.
