In the decision-making of modern supply chain management,the biform game fully embodies the process of value creation and value increase of supply chain.The competition between players reflects the value growth of supply chain,and the cooperation reflects the value creation of supply chain.Enterprises and other economies in the supply chain are often not completely competitive or completely cooperative,but complement each other and exist at the same time.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the hybrid noncooperative-cooperative game model in which competition and cooperation coexist between players.This paper makes an analysis of benefit or cost allocation in supply chain by using biform game.Firstly,based on the biform game,we study the players' investment decisions and income distribution under the condition of information uncertainty,and take the development of small and micro economies under the condition of economic instability as an example to illustrate the practicability of the research.Secondly,in view of the problem of strategy selection and profit distribution in the cloud service supply chain,this paper discusses the cooperation and technological innovation of the two-level cloud service supply chain composed of cloud application developer and cloud service operators by using the biform game.The main innovations of this paper are as follows:For the first problem,we normalized the ambiguous payoff of the coalition with uncertain information by using DS theory and relative ordering rule,obtained a set of data at the same scale,and proved the invariance of players' strategic preference.Then the concept of ambiguous biform game is put forward and the properties of its solution are studied.Finally,the validity and rationality of the model and method are proved by a example in a concrete street economy.For the second problem,based on the analysis of existing research by two-level supply chain consisting of a cloud application developers and two cloud service operators in the cooperation and technology innovation problems appear not cooperate operators assigned part of the supply chain revenue,increase the cost of the whole supply chain,and does not leave the cloud service supply chain in the presence of union characteristic function loss characteristics into account.In view of this,this paper adopts clique solution to distribute the revenue between developers and operators in the cooperation stage.The genealogical solution makes the income distribution more fair and reasonable,more in line with the actual situation,and the analysis and solution process is simplified.In addition,this paper rscasts the above cloud service supply chain model,studies the investment decision and cooperation of the two-level cloud service supply chain composed of a cloud application developer and three cloud service operators,and gives relevant explanations and enlightenment on the decision of supply chain members.The conclusion of the study will provide operational suggestions for the strategy selection and benefit distribution of the members of the two-level cloud service supply chain.
