Construction And Empirical Research On Evaluation Index System Of Urban Forest Projects

The urban forest project is to construct a forest landscape with tall trees as the main body,imitating the structure of natural communities,and zonal vegetation in the urban environment.The project construction takes the low-carbon sustainable development and environmentally friendly as the construction concept,focusing on improving the urban ecological environment quality,and providing urban residents with a beautiful and comfortable resting environment,and improving the happiness index of residents.This paper recapitulates the progress of urban forests and their evaluation research,and then puts forward a set of evaluation index systems for urban forest projects,and practices and verifies the evaluation index system through empirical case studies.The expectation of this article is to offer wise and operable evaluation methods and conclusions for the various benefits of urban forest projects,so as to intuitively and accurately measure whether the construction of urban forest projects achieves the intended purpose,and provide a certain reference and reference for project practice.This study established the comprehensive evaluation method of urban forest projects through literature research and expert evaluation scoring,using analytic hierarchy process,frequency analysis method and dimensionless method of data.In the empirical evaluation and research section,the ecological value of the term was assessed through literatures such as forest resource value assessment norms;the social benefits of the project were evaluated through questionnaire survey,data analysis,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and conditional value assessment Evaluation;the economic benefit of the project was evaluated by alternative project method and value analysis theory;the project risk control was evaluated by the risk matrix method and specialist assignment method.Finally,through the standardization of various evaluation data,the quantitative and qualitative assessment study results are integrated to obtain the comprehensive evaluation value and evaluation level of the project.The overall assessment study displays that the comprehensive assessment level of the empirical project is level ?,the project construction level is very good,and there is room for further optimization in the construction of service facilities.Through the construction of indicator system and comprehensive evaluation and analysis,it offers some references and suggestions for the building and future development of urban forest projects.
