Construction project invitation of bids and tenders is all important bargmn method in our country construction market.Especially in procedure of choosing the enterprise for contracting,invitation of bids is the main way to guarantee the competitors fair competing,besides,by invitation of bids and tends the owner can choose the most suitable enterprise to construct project and obtain the best investment result.The paper,whose purpose is to establish objective models of fuzzy AHP based evaluation by research,take construction project as the research object.On the basis of literature review,drawing lessons from the related research theory at home and abroad and combining the characteristics of the construction project's bidding,this paper use literature review,statistical analysis,modeling,empirical analysis and other methods to carry out the following research:1.According to the characteristics and influence factors of construction project supervision bid evaluation,combining with the principles of establishing evaluation system,proposing the bid,the quality of engineering,technology,construction period and credibility content of highway engineering construction project supervision bid evaluation index system.2.Introducing the fuzzy logic theory,analytic hierarchy theory,and fuzzy mathematics theory to construction project supervision bid evaluation method;based on the integration thought of combination evaluation method,proposing a construction project supervision bid evaluation method based on fuzzy theory.That is to say,applying Fuzzy-AHP to get the weight of each evaluation index,establishing fuzzy comprehensive mathematical model to choose the best units.3.Finally,a case study is made on the bidding of tackling key construction project,which shows satisfactory result and proves the proposed evaluation indexes syetem and method feasible and applicable to the qualitative and quantitative non-structural decision-making problem.
