The importance of career planning to a career is self-evident,and a lot of relevant research has been carried out at home and abroad.Compared with foreign countries,career planning related research in our country started early,but it experienced a long period of stagnation,which led to the slow development of research,and it has been in intermittent development since then.With the advent of the new college entrance examination reform,students' independent choices have increased,making people pay attention to career planning again.Recalling the previous research,most of the entire group of college students is taken as the research object,but students of different majors in different schools have their uniqueness.Only by investigating different groups can the research be more practical.Secondly,through the analysis of the employment situation of physics-related students of our school,it is found that there are problems such as low correlation between employment occupations and majors.This study takes physics-related students as the research object,through the analysis of the status quo and differences in the career planning of students with different background variables,providing reference basis for the development of career planning of physics-related students.The school career planning course is the main way for students to improve their career planning level.The current situation of the school career planning course is studied to find out the existing problems.The main research contents are:(1)Constructed the dimensions of career planning of physics-related students.It includes self-awareness,career exploration,decision and action,feedback adjustment.(2)Constructed the background variables of career planning of physics-related students.It includes gender,grade,family location,whether he is a only child,parent occupation,parental education level,with or without student cadres' experience,with or without club activities' experience,with or without internship or part-time experience,with or without career guidance experience,the original intention of professional choice,whether he will engage in professional related occupations and whether family members have participated in career planning.(3)Confirmed the research level of the school career planning curriculum.It Includes course content,teaching methods,teaching resources,teachers' level,teaching evaluation,implementation' effect and overall satisfaction.(4)Designed questionnaires for the current status of physics-related students' career planning according to the constructed dimensions and background variables of physics-related students' career planning.Designed questionnaire of the current status of the school career planning courseaccording to the determined research level of the school career planning course.(5)Analyzed the overall situation of career planning of physics-related students by Descriptive Analysis.Analyzed the correlation between the overall career planning and all dimensions by Pearson Correlation Analysis.Analyzed the differences in career planning of students with different background variables by T-Test,One Way ANOVA and Multiple Linear Regression.Analyzed the existing problems of the school career planning course by Descriptive Analysis.The main research conclusions show that:(1)The general level of career planning of physics-related students is not high.The average score is 3.686.The scores of the four dimensions from high to low are self-knowledge(4.010),career exploration(3.655),feedback adjustment(3.602),decision and action(3.485).It shows that students have a clearer understanding of themselves,but the decision-making level is poor.(2)There are significant correlations between the overall and the four dimensions of career planning of physics-related students.Among them,the decision and action dimension has the highest correlation with the overall career planning.Its correlation is 0.872.It shows that the better the four dimensions are,the better the overall level of students' career planning will be.The decision and action dimension has the greatest impact on career planning.There are also significant correlations among the four dimensions,but the correlations are relatively low.It shows that the physics-related students' career planning is relatively independent,and they have not formed a systematic career planning process.(3)There are significant differences in the career planning of physics-related students in terms of gender,grade,with or without student cadres' experience,with or without club activities' experience,etc.There are significant differences in the self-awareness dimension in terms of gender,family location,with or without student cadres' experience,etc.There are significant differences in the exploration dimension in terms of with or without club activities' experience,with or without career guidance experience,whether he will engage in professional related occupations,etc.There are significant differences in the decision and action dimension in terms of with or without student cadres' experience,with or without club activities' experience,the original intention of professional choice,etc.There are significant differences in the feedback adjustment dimension in terms of grades.(4)The school career planning curriculum has problems such as partial content theory,single teaching method,unbalanced teaching resources,shortage of teacher resources,inadequate teaching evaluation and unsatisfactory implementation effects,etc.Based on the above research conclusions,relevant suggestions are made from threelevels: individual,family and school.
