Since the commercialization of housing in China in the 1990 s,the proportion of high-rise residential areas in urban construction has increased day by day.As a concentrated area of daily life for residents,while solving the problems of population expansion and land shortage,the impact of the internal microclimate environment on the quality of residents' life has become a concern that cannot be ignored.In the pursuit of ecological livability today,it has become an urgent need for both users and builders to improve the environmental quality of residential areas and create comfortable outdoor space from the perspective of microclimate and users' subjective feelings.Based on this,the research on the microclimate of residential areas can not only provide a basis for the optimization of the comfort of residential areas,but also play an important role in improving the relationship between people and cities and promoting the healthy development of cities.In China,research on the microclimate of residential areas is mainly concentrated in guangzhou,Harbin,nanjing and other economically developed cities with obvious climate characteristics and corresponding scientific research level.zhengzhou,which is located in the transition zone between Cold region and Hot Summer and cold winter zone,data collection and theoretical research are not yet perfect.The only research focuses on the green space layout and other aspects,and only considers the improvement of the micro-climate of the residential areas in the later period.Little attention has been paid to the research on the spatial form of residential areas involved from the initial design stage.This study focuses on the influence of spatial changes of high-rise residential areas in zhengzhou on microclimate and comfort.It is mainly divided into the following parts: firstly,the research purpose and significance are defined,and the concepts of climate characteristics,comfort evaluation index and spatial form of high-rise residential areas are sorted out through literature collection and sorting,and the research scope is determined.On this basis,in combination with the special climatic conditions of zhengzhou area,the winter that urgently needs to improve theenvironmental conditions is selected as the main research season,the residential data information is counted,the spatial form of the control factors are classified,and the standard model that can represent the spatial form characteristics of high-rise residential areas in zhengzhou is extracted.Second,check the applicability of the micro climate numerical simulation software ENVI-met,and use the software to carry out quantitative simulation research on spatial form control factors such as residential building layout and combination mode,building height,building spacing and residential open space orientation,and combining with the evaluation index of outdoor comfort(PET),this paper quantitatively analyzes the influence of different spatial forms of high-rise residential areas on the microclimate and comfort of residential areas,clarifies the principle of the microclimate effect of residential areas.Finally,the optimization strategy and scheme of residential area are put forward to provide design guidance for the improvement of micro-climate environment of high-rise residential area in zhengzhou.This paper summarizes the standard model of high-rise residential space in zhengzhou,demonstrates the role of the micro-climate numerical simulation software envi-met in the overall planning and design of residential areas,and proposes to pay attention to the influence of outdoor micro-climate and comfort on people from the initial stage of design.Research shows that rational design of building layout(vertical wall staggered layout),the height of the building(low height)and the proper layout of the open space of the residential area(east side layout)can improve the overall comfort of the high-rise residential area in zhengzhou.The change of building spacing can affect the local microclimate of the residential area,but it has little effect on the improvement of the overall comfort.The results of example verification further prove the reliability of the research conclusion,and also demonstrate the feasibility of improving the outdoor microclimate and comfort of high-rise residential areas in zhengzhou through the adjustment of spatial form.
