With the gradual expansion of the city scale,the urban underground pipeline network is becoming more and more complex.In order to help the pipeline network management department to comprehensively manage the pipeline network,this paper uses GIS to integrate two-and three-dimensional data,attribute data storage and management,and space Analysis and other functions.Collect,organize,model,and store data such as pipelines,pipe points,and features,and perform vectorized display and true three-dimensional visualization on two-dimensional and three-dimensional maps,respectively.The rapid conversion of pipelines to three-dimensional pipelines,and then form a data-driven comprehensive pipeline network information system,to help manage and organize urban underground pipelines.This paper summarizes the status quo and characteristics of the system through research and analysis of the existing pipe network information system.In view of the existing problems and deficiencies,this system is based on ArcGIS Engine 2D GIS development platform and CityMaker 3D GIS development platform,based on Microsoft SQL Server and Geodatabase to manage attributes and spatial data,using 3D Max as a modeling tool,combined with C / S The framework and B / S framework will eventually realize a comprehensive pipeline network information system based on the integration of two and three dimensions,which can help pipeline managers to manage the urban underground pipeline network and its ancillary facilities,and realize the informationization of pipeline network management.This article mainly does the following work:(1)Research and analysis of two-dimensional and three-dimensional integration technologies,and discuss how to realize the organization,storage and expression of vector data,DEM,model files,texture pictures,engine indexes and other pipe network integrated spatial data.(2)Study the three-dimensional modeling algorithm of the pipeline network model,including the calculation of the spatial location and surface geometry of the pipeline network,the calculation of the pipe section model and the pipeline inflection point model,so as to realize the rapid conversion of the two-dimensional pipeline data to the three-dimensional pipeline data.(3)Complete the system data collection of the integrated pipe network information system,as well as the design of the attribute database and spatial database,realize the construction of true 3D scenes in the study area,and complete the visualization of 2D and 3D data.(4)Design and implement an integrated pipe network information system,complete user interaction,attribute data query and analysis,map space calculation,space analysis and authority management and other functions.This research consults domestic and foreign literatures,analyzes the application status,compares and summarizes related technologies and algorithms,and combines the actual needs of users to develop an integrated pipeline network information system,which can better meet the needs of pipeline network management.The system can better expand the functions of GIS in the future,improve and optimize more specific functions,so as to play a greater role in pipe network management,early warning,emergency rescue and decision-making,and show practical value.
