With the rapid development of the market economy,the automatic monitoring project of geological disasters has quickly become an important part of China's national economy.For the geological disaster automatic monitoring project,the project has a large investment scale,a long construction period,and many risk factors involved,and there are high risks and high returns in the project construction.Therefore,for enterprises engaged in the automatic monitoring of geological disasters,risk control and management are important management activities in the whole process from the start of bidding to the completion of the project,which is critical to the successful completion of the entire geological disaster automation monitoring project.The meaning of this paper systematically sorts out relevant theories about the research on the risk assessment system of geological disasters automatic monitoring engineering projects at home and abroad.On this basis,the A geological disaster automatic monitoring engineering project is taken as an example for empirical research.This paper firstly introduces the research background and research significance of the thesis,and comprehensively combs the research status of the risk assessment of the geological disaster automatic monitoring project at home and abroad.The second paper elaborates the foundation of the risk management of the geological disaster automatic monitoring project.Theoretical knowledge;once again,a brief introduction to the basic situation of the geological disaster automatic monitoring project,analysis of its problems in project risk management,analysis of the main reasons for the formation of the problem;followed by the risk factors for the automatic monitoring of geological disasters Identify and evaluate,analyze various risks from strategic factors,market factors,financial factors and legal factors,and construct an evaluation index system for the risk monitoring of geological disasters.The new indicators are combined with the settings of specific functional departments to cover as much as possible the various aspects involved in the geological disaster automation monitoring project.Considering the number of risk indicators and the number of participating experts,the analytic model was used in the selection risk assessment model,and the risk probability and its impact degree were evaluated and analyzed.Finally,the contents of the above chapters and the results and actual conditions of the risk assessment of the geological disasters automatic monitoring project are comprehensively targeted to prevent risks from strategic,market,financial and legal aspects.
