Research And Evaluate On X Securities Branches’Operating Efficiency

The securities business department is the branch networkof the securities company and it is the most important part of the securities company to carry out its core business to generate the main income.Securities companies offer a wide range of products and services,ranging from bonds to stocks,funds and so on,in addition,the conduit through which securities handle these transactions is the branch network that serves as the main contact with exiting as well as potential customers.Despite the rapid increase in the use of Internet technology in today’s securities industry and other available trading channels,it is through a securities branch that a customer doesa large percentage of wealth-value-added services.However,with the implementation of various new securities policies,such as the lifting of restrictions on financial licenses,the liberalization of the establishment of new securities branch,and the substitution effect of Internet technology on physical business,these kind of various external threats are prompting securities companies to implement reforms as soon as possibleto improve the operation ratioof the securities branch to a new level.This paper takes the operating efficiency of the business department of the securities company as the research object.In the writing process of this paper,it refers to the relevant literature,mainly including the annual report of A securities company,the bibliography of the relevant direction,doctoral thesis and journal,as well as foreign literature,etc.,which provide theoretical basis and accurate data help for the thought arrangement and writing of the paper.This paper uses DEA data envelopment analysis method to combine the evaluation of the efficiency of the securities company’s business department with the DEA method.It has fully demonstrated the selection of indicators and methods,and has selected relatively reasonable input and output evaluation Indicators,construct a specific analysis model,then perform indicator correlation analysis,and finally bring the data to the DEA model to obtain the analysis results.According to the evaluation of DEA model,this paper thinks that when securities companies play the number war of business departments,they should consider the problem of operating efficiency.Nearly two thirds of the business departments of A securities company are not absolutely effective.Most of the business departments of A securities company have the state of over investment of place expenses and daily operation and maintenance expenses.Today,with the rapid development of the Internet,many businesses do not need to be handled by customers themselves Facing the business department,the business department should actively adjust its resource allocation and invest the corresponding resources in other customer services,so as to improve the operating efficiency.
