Studies On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Geological Data Collection

Geological data is an important embodiment of geological work results and a valuable national information resource,widely used in geological prospecting,geological scientific research,etc.In order to make geological data play a greater role and produce greater value,certain improvement need to be done in both collection and service,of which the collection is the premise and foundation.China has always attached great importance to the collection of geological data for the past many years,established a unified collection system,formulated standards and norms,strengthened the construction of collection institutions,and established the submission supervision platform.All in all,the geological data collection work has achieved remarkable results.However,there are still many problems need to be solved in the collection work,in order to better serve economic and social development.This paper starts with the research on the current situation of geological data collection in China.Then the status of collection agencies,the data application achievements and the collection supervision were analyzed.The analysis shows that China's geological data collection system is gradually improved,the collection content is continuously enriched,and the collection method is becoming more convenient;the collection agencies cover all provinces,and the number of collected geological result data in recent years has increased year by year,and the data collection rate has increased year by year,and the supervision platform has achieved remarkable results.Based on the analysis of the present situation,systematic research was sorted out on the problems in China's geological data collection work,including the management system of geological data collection is not perfect,untimely and incomplete geological data collection,geological data quality gaps,weak geological data collection strength and insufficient supervision of geological data collection.To deal with these problems,four suggestions were put forward.Firstly,to improve the Collection System and establish a long-term mechanism.Secondly,to strengthen the supervision of data collection,and strive to maximize data collection.Thirdly,to strengthen the awareness of data collection,and put the exchange work into practice.Fourthly,to enhance the professional training and improve the quality of geological data collection.
