In order to analyze and generalize developmental history, organizational state and managerial model of association in China, I try to define theoretically its definition, features, specialties main task and social functions. With the current science and technology associations in developed countries (such as US, W. S. E. Japan, Germany, Australia, U. K. etc), and that of China in hand, I, comparatively, put the emphasis on analysis of membership management, fee-collection, management-system, fee sourcing, operating model between these two categories. To seek their association practice and theory for ours association development, As of our association, I analyze ways of membership management, fee-collection, operating model, institution (democratically), in-house management and reasons and problems of law system imperfectness, management unsmoothness, lack of activity, lack of activity expenses, and motivations, to counter these problems, with specialties of nonprofit organization, I try to recognize its features, functions and model in nonprofit marketing. This will help to improve its law policies environment, build science and technology, batter current association laws, revise and enhance the current regulations, better current association two-way management and developing systems and emphasize the transit of entrance management to process management. With practical work, I provide several policy suggestions for reforming and development by the ways of analyzing its current edges on tangible resources, intangible resources and association resources, expounding its nonprofit marketing strategies on its products, channels, operating and pricing.
