This study selected the most common yak feces as raw materials to prepare biochar and aerobic compost products.Following, yak manure biochar and aerobic composting products was added to desertification soil, and supplemented with polyacrylamide(PAM),the nutritent of f desertification soil improvement were discussed, which provided a basis for the application of biochar and compost in sandy soil improvement. In this study,The effect of the product on the nutrient leaching of desertified soil was investigated through an indoor soil column leaching test, and the effect of the product on the plant quality in desertified soil was investigated through a pot experiment.Combine the results of two laboratory tests to conduct field trials to investigate the impact of the product's actual application in the field.(1)Adding yak manure biochar and yak manure compost soil improver to significantly improve soil pH,total nitrogen, alkali nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus and organic matter.Among them, the addition of yak manure biochar and compost has significantly improved nitrogen in desertifiication soil. The mixed application of biochar and compost can significantly increase the content of ammonium nitrogen.Single application of yak dung biochar and single application of yak dung compost can significantly increase the nutrient content in the soil, but the effect is not comprehensive. The mixed application of yak dung biochar and compost can increase soil nutrient content and reduce soil nutrients Percolation and the addition of PAM can effectively reduce the leaching loss of exogenous nutrients.According to the results of the mixed application of biochar and compost, the total nitrogen leaching rate is reduced by 9.6%,the total phosphorus is reduced by 7.1%,and the organic matter is reduced by 10.0%.(2)Mixed application of biochar and compost can effectively increase soil nitrogen and phosphorus content, increase pH and increase organic matter content. At the same time, mixed application of biochar and compost can promote the effective growth of desertification soil plants in northwest Sichuan, increase biomass, increase dry matter quality, reduce plant of eutral detergent fiber contents(NDF)andacid detergent fiber contents(ADF),increase relative feeding value of plants(RFV),supplement with PAM can increase soil and water conservation nutrients, and promote plant Effective absorption and improve the quality of plants.Mainly attributed to single application of biochar and single application of composting can not effectively prevent nutrient leaching loss, while biochar and compost mixed application can change the desertification soil structure, increase the adsorption of available nutrients, and the adhesion of PAM to water. The force effectively relieves the leaching of water and reduces nutrient leaching.(3)The soil nutrient content in the field has the same trend.Compared with the ck control group, the soil nutrient content in the treatment of adding biochar and compost and soil amendment has a significant increase. In the first year, the various nutrient content increased with the increase of each application level. It increased, but showed a downward trend in the third year, but it was still higher than the blank control test group. In summary, the mixed application of 18t/hm2 biochar and compost(1:1)was the most suitable local application level. The ryegrass(Lolium perenne L.)quality of the plant has basically no significant difference. It can be known that the effective period of the mixed application ratio of biochar and compost is 2 years, and it takes many years and long-term application to improve the desertified soil in northwestern Sichuan.
