In recent years,the soil has experienced problems such as poor physical structure,unbalanced nutrient elements(especially C/N),and decreased richness of microbial communities,which seriously affected the production and quality of high-quality tobacco leaves.In this study,positioning experiments were used to explore the effects of biochar combined with green manure on the microbial diversity,physicochemical properties of tobacco soil microbial diversity,physicochemical properties,and its growth on flue-cured tobacco growth,and the main results are as follows:1.The effect of increasing the application of biochar combined with green manure on soil physicochemical properties for three consecutive years.The data of the positioning experiment for three consecutive years from 2020 to 2022 showed that compared with the control,the continuous application of biochar on the basis of conventional fertilization could significantly improve soil p H and soil C/N,and its effect was better than that of other treatments.The application of biochar and green manure turning could reduce soil bulk density by 8.16%-10.92%,soil porosity by3.06%-19.68% and soil water content by 2.39%-23.91%.Increasing the application of biochar combined with green manure tumbling had an increasing effect on soil available nutrients,and the seasonal application had a more significant effect on the increase of available nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content.Biochar combined with green manure rolling treatment increased the content of soil organic matter more significantly.2.Effects of increasing the application of biochar and green manure on soil microbial diversity for three consecutive years.The addition of biochar in soil combined with green manure can increase the number of cultivatable microorganisms in soil and improve the enrichment of soil microorganisms.Strengthen the stability of soil microbial structure and improve the richness of soil microbial community.In 22 years,the number of soil microbial communities treated with T1 from Beauchamp(with very few soil-borne diseases)increased by 32.7%,and the T1 treatment with Zhanglian(with severe soil-borne diseases)increased by 23.27% in 22 years.The treatment of increased application of biochar combined with green manure turning was significantly improved.3.The effect of increasing the application of biochar and green manure on the quality of flue-cured tobacco production for three consecutive years.The application of biochar and green manure turning increased the agronomic traits of tobacco plants,such as plant height,maximum leaf width and maximum leaf length.It has a certain effect on improving the chemical quality of tobacco leaves after grilling.In summary,the application of biochar and green manure to the soil for three consecutive years had a significant promoting effect on the improvement of p H value and C/N ratio of soil in Beauschamp and Zhangli in Lincang City,improved the richness of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in rhizosphere soil,significantly improved the diversity of bacterial communities,improved the physical properties of soil,increased the content of available nutrients and organic matter,and promoted the increase of tobacco leaf yield and more coordinated chemical composition of tobacco leaves.Compared with 2020,among the four treatments in 2022,the overall effect of Zhanglian continuous biochar treatment with more serious soil-borne diseases was more obvious,and the agronomic traits and soil C/N of Bauchamp flue-cured tobacco mass without soil-borne diseases were more significant.It promoted the coordination of the microbial community structure coordination of the soil-borne diseases and improved the richness of soil microorganisms.The results showed that continuous biochar treatment had a more significant effect on promoting the improvement of soil microenvironment of tobacco planting,and biochar combined with green manure rolling treatment was more conducive to the improvement of flue-cured tobacco production quality. |
