Since the 1970s,China has begun to use a large amount of inorganic fertilizers in the agricultural production process, which directly leads to a large amount of sulfate ions, chloride ions and phosphate ions remaining in the soil. The soil is inactivated and salinized.Since inorganic fertilizer does not contain organic matter, the long-term application of inorganic fertilizer leads to a decrease in soil organic matter content and damage to the soil aggregate structure, which in turn leads to soil compaction, poor air permeability, and reduced water holding capacity. On the other hand, the study found that the excessive use of inorganic fertilizer will also reduce the beneficial microorganisms in the soil, increase the damage of pests and diseases, and greatly affect the growth of crops. The absorption and utilization of trace elements in the soil reduces the efficiency of agricultural production.Years of field experiments have shown that organic fertilizers can replace inorganic fertilizers for agricultural production, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of agriculture and the safety of the ecological environment. However, the improvement mechanism of organic fertilizer on soil is not clear at present. Therefore, this study systematically explored the improvement effect of organic fertilizer on soil,so that we can have a deeper understanding of the mechanism of organic fertilizer. In this study,Arabidopsis thaliana(arabidopsis thaliana)was used as the research object.Through different fertilization treatments, the effects of pig manure composting on Arabidopsis growth and soil environmental system were explored. The effects of swine manure composting on the soil environment system were explored from four aspects:plant growth status, soil basic physical and chemical properties, soil organic matter and soil clay minerals. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)In an experiment exploring the improvement of composting on the growth of soil-cultivated Arabidopsis thaliana, when composting and chemical fertilizers were applied at equal levels, composting could play an equivalent role to the growth of Arabidopsis plants.Pig manure composting can not only increase the content of organic carbon in the soil, but also significantly improve the soil nutrient content and effectively reduce the loss of nutrients. The composting of pig manure increased the average chlorophyll content of Arabidopsis thaliana and provided enough energy for Arabidopsis thaliana growth.Composting pig manure can increase the salinity of the soil and mitigate the acidification hazards of red loam.Pig manure compost can promote the activity of catalase, invertase, protease and urease in the soil, and then accelerate the conversion rate of nutrients in the soil.Although inorganic fertilizer can also increase the activity of catalase, sucrase and urease to a certain extent, the effect is significantly lower than that of pig manure compost, and inorganic fertilizer has no significant effect on soil protease activity.Pig manure composting can significantly increase the free amino acid content of the soil, while inorganic fertilizer has no significant effect on the free amino acid content of the soil.(2)In the experiment to explore the effect of pig manure compost on soil micro-system,different fertilization treatments had an effect on the form of organic carbon in the soil.Among them, both pig manure compost and inorganic fertilizer increased the aryl C and carboxy C Relative content, the most significant increase in pig manure after composting.Pig manure compost significantly increased the ratio of alkyl C/alkoxy C in the soil, increased the degree and stability of soil organic matter decomposition and reduced the decomposition rate.Although different fertilization treatments have no effect on the types of minerals in the soil, the pig manure composting treatment can increase the relative content of chlorite in clay minerals and improve the stability of soil minerals, while the inorganic fertilizer treatment has no significant effect. After pig manure composting, the total percentage of red soil powder and clay particles increases, which enhances the soil’s ability to retain water and fertilizer.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that pig manure compost increased the content of bound water in clay minerals and the binding capacity of organic matter and clay minerals, and enhanced the thermal stability of clay minerals.
