The Research On Collaborative Governance M Echanism In Jiangxi Province Emergency Management For Sudden Geological Disasters

Geological disasters in Jiangxi province are mainly clusters of landslides and collapses,which are widespread,small in scale,abrupt and dangerous,seriously threatening people's lives and property safety.For this,provincial emergency management of sudden geological disasters has undergone years of development with its structure and framework becoming mature;nevertheless,the emergency management department in lack of collaborative governance mechanism is prone to fail to coordinate with other participating departments as well as social subjects in actual emergency responding process.As it takes time to straighten out complex relations amongst various government departments of different levels involved in the collaborative governance mechanism,this thesis proposes,by logical analysis of coordination theory and case analysis of essential coordinating governance problems,an improvement method of establishing governance mechanism for regional collaboration,military-local cooperation and social participation,in order to tackle coordinating governance problems in provincial emergency management of geological disasters,thus enhancing emergency management efficiency of sudden geological disasters in Jiangxi province.
