Research On Risk Assessment Of Cooperative R D Projects Between Enterprises

Nowadays,with the rapid development of the world economy,the market is becoming more and more open,and the competitive pressure of enterprises is increasing.In order to meet the requirement of rapid update of products and technologies,more and more enterprises choose to cooperate in r&d,so as to realize resource integration,technological complementarity and market information sharing.Cooperative r & d between enterprises is a complex and uncertain creative activity,and risks may occur in every link.The success in achieving the expected objectives of the project is not only related to the project planning,decision-making and implementation,but also closely related to the effective risk management.Risk assessment is the core of risk management and the most important part.However,in both theoretical and practical fields,there are very few risk assessment models specifically targeted at cooperative r&d projects between enterprises.Based on this situation,this paper studies risk assessment of cooperative r&d between enterprises,which has very important practical and theoretical significance.In this paper,on the basis of the research of related theories and literature,create the initial listing of r&d cooperation between enterprise and project risk factors,and analyze the risk factors,through the Delphi method to screen adjustment,form the final list of risk factors,to build a multi-level cooperation between enterprises r&d project risk evaluation index system,including 7 level of risk evaluation indexes,refine a 27 secondary evaluation index.With the improved AHP method to determine the subjective weights of evaluation indexes,introduce the entropy weight method to determine the objective weights of evaluation indexes,integrated to calculate weight of the evaluation index,and then using grey evaluation method to assess the risk of project,to build improved AHP and grey comprehensive risk evaluation model,for the cooperation between enterprises r&d project risk evaluation theory model is established.Finally,this model is used to evaluate the risks of the cooperative research and development projects between company Z and company L,verify the usability and reliability of the model,and propose effective countermeasures for the risks with high weight.The risk comprehensive evaluation model proposed in this paper can effectively evaluate the risk of cooperative r&d projects between enterprises and supplement the theoretical research on risk evaluation of cooperative r&d projects between enterprises.On the other hand,it can provide scientific and powerful decision-making basis for the management of cooperative r&d projects between enterprises,and has certain reference significance for the prevention and control strategies of cooperative r&d projects between enterprises.
