Research On Evolutionary Game And Operating Mechanism Of Synergetic Development Of Cross-border E-commerce And Cross-border Logistics

With the development of Internet technology and consumption upgrading,cross-border e-commerce industry has developed rapidly,and has become a new driving force and form of national economic growth.At the same time,it has also promoted the development and upgrading of cross-border logistics and other related factors.Cross-border logistics is not only an important part of cross-border e-commerce,but also a breakthrough to enhance its competitiveness.Cross-border logistics and cross-border e-commerce form a symbiotic relationship because of their profitability and differences in information level,infrastructure,enterprise status and so on.However,at present,there is no systematic coordination mechanism between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on the mechanism of synergistic development.Therefore,on the basis of synergy theory,this paper constructs a synergetic framework of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.At the same time,it also analyses synergetic evolutionary game process and synergetic operation mechanism.The paper is of great significance to promote the mutual adaptation of the two main bodies and realize the mutually beneficial and win-win development.Firstly,by introducing the definition and development status of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,the paper summarizes the differences between cross-border e-commerce and domestic e-commerce.Meanwhile,the three main service modes of cross-border logistics are explained.This paper also clarifies the interdependence,co-development relationship and current problems between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.Secondly,based on synergy theory,the paper constructs the framework of synergy mechanism between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,and discusses the synergy elements from four aspects,namely,collaborative environment,subject,content and organizational model.The paper also discusses the synergistic motivation,effects and mechanism framework of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,especially describes the synergistic evolutionary game and operation mechanism.Thirdly,based on the evolutionary game theory,this paper studies the cooperative evolutionary game process of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.The dynamic evolutionary game model is constructed to analyze the direction and path of their cooperative evolution in the long-term development process from the theoretical point of view.On this basis,the system dynamics model is simulated by Vensim PLE software to visually reflect the cooperative evolution process of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.Finally,the paper studies the cooperative operation mechanism of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics.Considering that the output is affected by both cooperative efforts and stochastic factors,the principal-agent model of point-synergy symbiosis model and integrated synergy symbiosis model are constructed and analyzed respectively.In order to grasp the inherent mechanism of the collaborative operation of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,and achieve their collaborative goals,the optimal level of collaborative effort,output incentive coefficient and the influencing factors are discussed based on numerical experiments.
