Dictyostelid cellular slime molds(dictyostelids)are a gourp of protozoa among plant and animal.They feed on bacteria,have both animal and plant cell characteristics with small size.The biological characteristics and applications of them are had essential research values because of their short and easy to repeat life cycles,cytological characters similar with mammals,evolutional interaction by competing with bacteria.This paper studies on biodiversity of dictyostelid cellular slime molds in different habitat gradient of Changbai Mountain,and major in three part.Firstly,in taxonomy study,we have got 14 species of dictyostelids,including 5 known species(Dictyostelium discoideum,D.mucoroides,Raperostelium minutum,Cavenderia aureostipes,Heterostelium pallidum),and 8 new species to be determined(D.robusticaule,D.flexicaule,D.microcephalum,Polysphondylium macroviolaceum,P.panicleum,R.pusillum,R.minus,H.recretum)with 1 new varety to be determined(D.aureocephalum var.macrosporum),new species and new varety(to be determined)are all registered on MycoBank.Secondly,in molecular phylogeny study,we isolate 18 DNA of dictyostelids strains,get 18 sequences of 18 S and 15 sequences of atp1.We construct the phylogenetic trees of 18 S and atp1 sequences of dictyostelids,and clear the position of new species and new varety(to be determined)in the phylogenetic trees,and find application of atp1 gene as DNA barcoding.Thirdly,in biodiversity study,we gain abundance of dictyostelids in different habitat gradient during 2016 to 2018.We have known advantageous family is Dictyosteliaceae,advantageous genus is Dictyostelium,advantageous species are D.discoideum,D.mucoroides,C.aureostipe,H.pallidum.Birch forest has the most species number of 4,tundra has the least species number of only one.We have guessed the forest type doesn't have absolute influence on density of dictyostelids.There has the lower the density of dictyostelids species with the lower the altitude in Changbai Mountain,but has the more the dictyostelids species richness.The biodiversity of dictyostelids is lower in managed than in unmanaged forest.A little more biodiversity of dictyostelids in lower pH with similar altitude.Different habitat gradients has variable content of genera in dictyostelids.
