Due to the dual effects of the national macroeconomic situation and the intemational financial crisis,China's machinery industry in the continuous long time of Jandslides.enterprises are facing increasingly severe cost and competitive pressure.Through to the enterprise intemal supply chain for a full range of process reengineerino,and integration,on the basis of optimizing organization structure and business processes.and fundamentally improve the speed and efficiency of the supply chain.is an important way to increase the competitiveness of enterprises.In the supply chain management,computer imitation is currently one of the most effective ways.Based on a domestic manufacturing enterprises as the object of case,based on Anylogic hybrid modeling simulation platform.studies the stability of the manufacturing entcrpnse internal supply chain system and influence the efficiency of the internal supply chain bottlenecks.Spot investigation,first of all,through the enterprise case manufacturing enterprise internal supply chain system are analyzed in detail the network structurc.the concept of enterprise intcmal supply chain network sysIcm model is cstablished,and according to the supply chain the key nodes of the existing strategy and its process,abstracts the entcrprise internal supply chain network system model in detail.Customers,suppliers,market demand model is established and intemal supply chain including sales,technology,planning,production,inventory,purchasing and finance model in detail.Secondly,based on Anylogic platform.according to the construction of enterprise intemal supply chain network system model in detail.the correspondirig simulation model is set up.Agent model.a simulation model used to describe the intemal supply chain on the various functional departments,including sales.technology,planning,production,inventory,purchasing,finance,with the interaction between the Agent to represent tbe link betwepn diffcrent departments.the data processing and the logistics process.interactive way of using variable interactions.messaging,and arguments.Inside the Agent various functional departments,with many other internal participation main body,the Agent said main body internal activities defined according to their characteristics;Using the process library module manufacturing process and business process;Use action diagram,state diagram,said the main internal action and judgment of the state;Using the system dynamics model,described the complex amount of continuous variation over time.According to the characteristics of the supply chain each link to choose the appropriate modeling method,main properties,parameters according to the survey data set,and combine the most realistic and status of enterprise internal supply chain activities.Finally,the simulation analysis was carried out on the manufacturing enterprise internal supply chain system.In case of manufacturing enterprises actual orders for input,the simulation analysis enterprise sales activities,inventory procurement,production,logistics,total cost,etc.Through comparing the actual data simulation total logistics cost,to verify the effectiveness model is reasonable.The simulation results show that at present the main factors influencing the customer orders,order review efficiency is technology;Simulation of new products to the market to determine the strategy in each stage of product life cycle and its intensity;Manufacturing assembly simulation results to find the main reason that influence efficiency of assembly;According to the simulation curve of total logistics cost,find out the key influencing factors of logistics cost,logistics cost control strategy is put forward.
