Research On Calculation Model Of Mechanical Manufacturing Enterprises Process Value Increment And Its Application

The machinery manufacturing industry,with large scale and market,provides equipment for other industries and is an indispensable and important industry in the economic development of a country.The machinery manufacturing industry has an impact on the national economy.Therefore,machinery manufacturing industry occupies a significant position in national economy.However,at present,the profit of the machinery manufacturing industry shows a negative growth trend,and the product production gradually weakens,leading to the competition of the machinery manufacturing enterprises becoming intensifies.There is absolutely no doubt that enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and maintaining long-term competitive advantage are an urgent question.In this context,on a basis of value chain theory,this study defines the total value increment of an enterprise from the perspective of input and output,and introduces the concept of operation,constructs a value increment calculation model.Firstly,determine the boundary of the value chain analysis of the machinery manufacturing company.Then identify the value activities of the machinery manufacturing company,and determine the value chain of the machinery manufacturing company,construct the hierarchy structure of the value chain,as the basis of the analytic hierarchy process,and issue questionnaires to experts to determine the weight of each value activity.The total value increment is finally apportioned to each value activity according to the calculated weight.And selected a typical machinery manufacturing enterprise as a case for empirical,quantitative calculation of each value activity in the value chain.According to the researching report,product design,order processing and service playing an important role in the growth of enterprise value,and business process optimization should also focus on product design,order processing and service,and pay attention to personnel training,improve product design and R&D capability,optimize internal information system,reduce communication cost,pay attention to product after-sales service,improve product added value.The results show the feasibility of the value increment calculation model based on the value chain analysis,but there are some subjective problems,so we should pay attention to the objective weighting method in the future research.
