With the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for various types of water has increased sharply,and the water crisis has begun to limit the development of the national economy.Under the new situation of implementing the strictest management of water resources,"water saving priority is particularly important.Under the condition of traditional water shortage,an important way to save water is the development and utilization of"non-traditional water resources".Non-traditional water resources mainly include four categories:sewage treatment and reuse,seawater desalination,rainwater resources and brackish water utilization.As the development technology of non-traditional water resources has become more mature,there have been many successful cases in many areas,but there are still some probletms that need to be solved in order to promote the use of non-traditional water resources in all directions.First of all,the public has doubts about the water security of non-traditional water resources,which makes the acceptance of non-traditional water resources not high,which hinders the promotion of non-traditional water resources.Therefore,it is necessary to visually manage the development process of non-traditional water resources to strengthen Water quality regulation.Secondly,the calculation of the availability of non-traditional water resources is quite different from the calculation me.thod of traditional water resources.It is necessary to study the calculation method of available amount and obtain the available amount by water quality.Finally,the configuration of non-traditional water resources is also quite different from the traditional ones,and it is necessary to calculate the allocation of resources to achieve rational use of resources.In summary,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Visual description of the process of treatment of non-traditional water resources.Visualization of the process is an important basis for visual and trustworthy management.With the integrated integration platform and knowledge map tool,the development and processing of four types of non-traditional water resources are streamlined and graphically processed,and the process flow is linear and The node elements are described and generalized into a directed graph.The graphs are stored in the library in the form of adjacency tables.The entire process and sub-processes can be visually layered and displayed,and the visual management of the process flow chart is realized.(2)Calculation of non-traditional water resource availability based on process flow chart.Different from the general availability estimation of non-traditional water resources,the detailed calculation of the quality of the components is carried out in stages according to the flow chart of the development process.In the process flow,each specific process principle and various parameters are calculated at the key nodes,and the calculation methods on the nodes are all corresponding to the component support,and the calculation of the water quality and quantity is associated with the process segmentation,and the process flow diagram is interactively modified.And calculate the function on the map and save it.(3)The examples of non-traditional water resources are prioritized into regional water resources allocation and examples.According to the water demand and water availability of the selected area(Tianjin Binhai New Area),the first calculation of supply and demand balance(excluding non-traditional water resources)and the second(involving non-traditional water resources)balance calculation,The problem of water resources allocation after balance calculation is analyzed.On this basis,the non-traditional water resources are prioritized and the optimal allocation of regional water resources is studied.A multi-obj ective configuration model was established.The multi-obj ectives were first converted into single targets by weight method,and then solved by particle swarm optimization algorithm,which realized the non-traditional water resources allocation system and promoted the utilization efficiency of non-traditional water resources.In the non-traditional water resources allocation system,the flow chart of the process is nested in the Binhai New Area,and different types of non-traditional water resources are allocated to the molecular area of the new area.The regional water resources allocation is integrated into the visual management system to promote non-traditional water resources.provides a viable path for Efficient use.
