At present,our country is in the key period of Urbanization,the rapid development of city led to the excessive concentration of urban population and the scarcity of land resources,so the construction of high-rise buildings is still the inevitable trend of urban development in the future.The rapid development of the city has breed a lot of urban environmental problems,as one of the most typical climatic characteristics of city,urban wind environment and thermal environment has been paid much attention,and with the implementation of sustainable development,people's awareness and requirements of their living environment are gradually improved,therefore,the research on the combination of high-rise buildings and urban environmental problems is of great significance to the sustainable development of the city in the future.With the development of computer technology,numerical simulation method is widely used in scientific research because of its high precision,low cost,wide applicability,et al.This paper use the numerical simulation software which is based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)to simulate the influence of different distribution modes of high rise building on outdoor wind environment and thermal environment in the condition of solar radiation and natural convection only.Based on the characteristics of the distribution of high-rise buildings at home and abroad(taking Wuhan as an example),set up the cluster-form distribution and strip-form distribution of high-rise buildings,by increasing the quantity of buildings and raising the height of buildings,arrives at 18 groups of comparative schemes in all.According to comparative analysis of the outdoor wind environment and thermal environment at the pedestrian level(above the ground 2 m),the main conclusions are as follows:1.the change regulation of wind sensitivity coefficient and heat island intensity shows the same trend along with the increase of the height and quantity of buildings;2.we can enhance the wind environment by increasing the quantity and reducing the height of buildings under the condition that the total construction area remains unchanged,otherwise can promote the thermal environment.The above conclusions can provide some reference and suggestions for urban construction and the layout planning high-rise building.In addition,compared with other studies,the main innovation of this paper lies in:1.Combining the urban wind environment with the thermal environment,the research direction is expanded;2.Apart from the research background of the residential area,this paper focuses on the commercial buildings and the central area of the city;3.Add the influence factor of total construction area in the simulation,without affecting the outstanding land use efficiency of high-rise buildings,discuss the influences on outdoor wind environment and thermal environment,then put forward some suggestions to optimize the layout of urban high-rise buildings;4.Propose the concept of wind sensitivity coefficient,which can be used as a reference index for future high-rise building layout controlling.
