Land resources are the foundation of regional construction and even national development.It is of great significance to carry out surveys,evaluations and research on the bearing capacity of land resources to improve the spatial structure of the country and achieve sustainable development.In 2012,Inner Mongolia compiled the Inner Mongolia Major Function-Oriented Zone Planning.Based on the regional resource endowment,construction development degree and future development potential,the Major FunctionOriented Zone was divided into the whole area,and the differentiated main functions,development direction and development content were formulated.The strategic pattern of land and space in harmony between man and land,economic development and resource and environment.This paper takes Inner Mongolia as the research area,and divides the research area into key development zones,main agricultural production areas and key ecological functional zones through the main functional zone planning of Inner Mongolia.The different leading functions of the main functional zones are regarded as the “bearers” of the land.Research.According to the content carried by the main functional area land,the land resource carrying capacity is divided into construction land carrying capacity,cultivated land carrying capacity and ecosystem carrying capacity,and the key development zones,major agricultural products producing areas and key ecological functional areas are evaluated respectively.For the different Major Function-Oriented Zones,the corresponding land resource carrying capacity evaluation method is adopted,and the corresponding evaluation system is constructed to analyze the land resource carrying capacity under different leading functions,to grasp the differences and causes of land resource carrying capacity of different Major Function-Oriented Zones,and to make differences.It has important theoretical and practical significance to fully support the supporting policies of the Major Function-Oriented Zones and give full play to the overall coordination of the Major Function-Oriented Zones.Based on the interaction between land resource carrying capacity and Major Function-Oriented Zone Planningning,this paper constructs the evaluation system of land resource carrying capacity in the Major Function-Oriented Zone.With the help of statistical analysis and spatial statistical analysis method,103 counties counties(cities,districts),The spatial difference in the carrying capacity of land resources,and propose corresponding countermeasures for each functional area.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Analyzed the interaction mechanism between land resource carrying capacity and Major Function-Oriented Zone Planningning.Different content,different policies,different degrees of human production and life have great differences on the pressure of land resources,resulting in the carrying capacity of land resources.Differentiated,land resources through a series of state feedback prompted humans to take measures on the carrying capacity of land resources.The main function zoning is a way to plan the land space and alleviate the tension of land resources.The pressure of land resources carried by different Major Function-Oriented Zones is different.By rationally adjusting the relationship between human survival and land resource use,it guides the standardization of human production and life.It is an adjustment of the main function zoning to the sustainable use of land resources.There is an interaction and mutual influence between the Major Function-Oriented Zone and the land resource carrying capacity.(2)Based on the main function of the Major Function-Oriented Zone,the land resource carrying capacity is divided into construction land carrying capacity,cultivated land carrying capacity and ecological service carrying capacity,corresponding to key development zones,major agricultural product producing areas and key ecological functional areas,and the evaluation system is constructed.Calculate the land resource carrying capacity of 103 counties(cities,districts)in Inner Mongolia.The results show that the construction land carrying capacity in the key development zones is overloaded with 12 counties(cities,districts),15 counties(cities,districts),and 15 counties(cities,districts)without overloading the flag county(city,district).The district is mainly concentrated in the city of Hubao E City and the resident of various cities and municipalities;the carrying capacity of the cultivated land in the main producing areas of agricultural products is overloaded with 4 counties(cities,districts)and 15 counties(cities,districts)not overloaded.Qixian County(city,district)is concentrated in four counties of Wulanchabu City;the ecological service carrying capacity in key ecological functional areas is overloaded with 14 counties(cities,districts)and 12 counties(cities,districts)There are 17 counties(cities,districts)that are not overloaded.The overloaded counties(cities,districts)are mainly distributed in the Alashan League,Bayannaoer City,Wulanchabu City and the west of Xilin Gol League.(3)According to the calculation results of various factors in the evaluation system,analyze the status and influencing factors of land resource carrying capacity in each functional area.The carrying capacity of construction land in key development zones is mainly affected by the suitable development area and the current construction land;the cultivated land carrying capacity of the main producing areas of agricultural products is mainly affected by the cultivated land production capacity,namely the grain yield,the ratio of grain crops and the multiple cropping index;the key ecological function zone The carrying capacity of ecological services is mainly affected by regional natural environmental conditions,land use types and land degradation areas. |
