Water resources are a basic natural resource necessary for human survival and development.In today's rapid economic and social development,water sho-rtages have seriously affected the pace of social development.In order to ratio-nally distribute the water resources in the water supply area of Yuecheng Rese-rvoir in Handan City and ensure the maximization of the efficiency goal,this paper has conducted in-depth exploration of the water supply area.First,in order to understand the status quo of water resources development and utilization in the study area,a large amount of detailed information was collected to fully understand the actual situation of the water supply area,and then the research method was determined.By collecting the development data of the current year 2015 geography,population,economy and other aspects,co-upled with the government's quota of water resources for the region,analyze t-he planned annual life,agriculture,ecology and other water requirements.It al-so analyzes and predicts the total amount of water resources available for the planned year of 2030,including surface water resources,groundwater resources,and inbound water availability.The relationship between supply and demand i-s analyzed.The improved genetic algorithm is written by MATLAB software and the water resources of Yuecheng Reservoir water supply area are allocated according to different priority water supply orders.The distribution results of water resources under the guaranteed rate of 25%,50%and 75%in 2030 are respectively obtained.The target ET is the maximum consumable amount in a region or basin.The total amount of ET that can be consumed in the water supply area can b-e analyzed according to the different guaranteed rate and the amount of inbou-nd water.The optimal allocation of water resources can be used to determine the annual water surplus of 337 million m~3,which can be supplemented when the groundwater is over-exploited in dry years.The supplementary amount is279 million m~3,and the total amount of ET that can be consumed in each co-unty of the water supply area is analyzed according to the data from 1960 to2015.After calculation,the optimal allocation of water resources under each g-uarantee rate in 2030 will be apologized.In the case of integrated management,the configuration results are reasonable and are less than their target ET.
