Effects Of Action Plan For Prevention And Control Of Water Pollution On Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The implementation of the water pollution control action plan in our count ry is far-reaching for the treatment of water pollution,and many measures will affect the greenhouse gas emissions.To solve this problem,this paper studies the impact of greenhouse gas emissions on water pollution prevention and cont rol action plans in different provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions),identifies the measures to reduce or promote carbon emissions,and through the relevant data of 30 provinces Source integration and integration,respectively,t he water pollution control action plan before and after the implementation of g reenhouse gas changes in the amount of greenhouse gas emissions from the pe rspective of the quantitative assessment of the measures,the following conclusi ons:(1)This paper classifies the relevant measures to affect greenhouse gas em issions by arranging the implementation plans and rules of the national water p ollution control action plans.From the perspective of the differences in greenh ouse gas emissions from the perspective of the 238 measures in accordance wi th the presence or absence,promotion or suppression,active or passive,direct or indirect,emission categories and other aspects of sorting and classification,t he initial establishment of the accounting range.(2)Based on the classification of action plan of water pollution prevention and control,we summarize the accounting method according to the six parts of industrial pollution control,pollution control,livestock and poultry pollution,b lack and black water treatment,reclaimed water reuse and sludge treatment Col lected relevant basic data,the error,loss and inaccurate data,through a reliable data repair method to achieve multi-source data integration,based on the calc ulation of greenhouse gas changes.(3)The accounting results show that the pollution control of livestock and poultry culture and the treatment of black and black water have good greenhou se gas emission reduction effect in all research areas,but the greenhouse gases produced by sludge treatment and disposal will be largely offset Its emission reduction role.Recycled water reuse has little effect on the emission of greenh ouse gases,and the pollution control and industrial pollution prevention and control are different due to the different influence degree of the present situation.If the collected livestock and poultry waste water for biogas projects,not onl y produce a lot of energy,but also significantly reduce the generation of green house gases.(4)Assess the action plan for water pollution control based on the account ing results.Due to the differences in the industrial structure,the environment a nd the population,the impact of the water pollution control action plan on the greenhouse gas emissions in different provinces is different,and the tendency a djustment policy can reduce the greenhouse gas emissions.(5)In the four sludge disposal methods,the amount of greenhouse gas by land use still accounts for a small proportion of the provinces with large land use.Therefore,land use is a relatively low-carbon sludge disposal method.It i s recommended to adjust the sludge disposal and disposal methods to significa ntly reduce the amount of sludge treated with the higher carbon incineration m ode and to promote the most low-carbon land use.
