At present,more than 90% of China's high-end marine monitoring equipment still needs to be imported.One of the important reasons is that after the successful development of domestic marine instrument prototype,there is no relevant product testing process and environment,and good field test that can not be carried out.A large number of functional prototypes are not finalized,and the market share of domestic instruments and equipment is extremely limited.Based on this,the research and development of offshore marine instruments test site testing equipment is of great value to provide an offshore field test platform for the maneuverability,reliability and environmental adaptability test of marine instruments and equipment in the stage of product development and design.The main research contents and achievements of this subject are as follows:(1)The historical data of water quality,meteorology,water depth,wave and current at each station of Shanghai offshore environmental monitoring network were studied.According to the basic principles of the construction of marine instrument and equipment test site,eight test sites were selected as the research objects.These selected sites are inspected and judged on the spot.Combining with the characteristics of saltwater and freshwater variation,sediment and current in the local sea area,five test stations,Da Jishan,Jiu Duansha,Nan Caodong,Xiao Yangshan and Lu Chaogang port,which have been further developed.And an unattended marine instrument and equipment test network has been established.On the basis of the selection of points,the overall design scheme of the structure of marine instrument testing equipment is formulated,and the field-specific instruments testing equipment is developed for different sea area testing stations,including the design scheme of shore-station type testing equipment,floating type testing equipment,the working mode and the reality of interconnection and interoperability scheme.(2)Aiming at the shore-station test station,an automatic test equipment for marineinstruments with fixed risers is designed.The main body is composed of low-pressure polyethylene risers with different diameters,which are embedded in each other.The sensor mounting device coils up and down inside the riser with 7 m outer length and268 mm inner diameter.At the same time,it carries up to five different types of sensors with the largest diameter of 50 mm to realize the ocean instruments monitoring?the working condition monitoring and performance index testing of the device.Fixed test equipment can automatically adjust the change of tide level at sea.The rising/falling time is about 68s/62 s.Sensors monitoring camera is located in the transparent FRP layer.The variable speed eddy current formed by propeller rotation at a certain frequency can effectively prevent organisms from attaching to the sensor.Considering the impact of marine instrument testing equipment in the wave environment in order to enhance the robustness of the system,through Ansys fluid-solid coupling simulation and stress analysis,the maximum deformation at the end of riser is 0.0797 mm at 4m/s flow rate.The structure of fixed marine instruments testing equipment is optimized.After introducing wave elimination design,the deformation is reduced by 43%,which effectively improves the reliability of marine instrument work.(3)For the non-shore test station,the floating marine instruments automatic test equipment is designed.The new polyurea floating body with diameter of 1200 mm and height of 620 mm is used as the carrier,and the lifting device,camera monitoring device,control module and 12 V energy system are embedded.It can carry up to three different types of sensors and can be expanded.The hydrodynamic characteristics such as force,stability and reserve buoyancy of floating ocean instruments test equipment and anchor system are analyzed and calculated.The lifting system test(rising/falling time is63s/58s)and the flume test(draft depth is 220mm),which verifys the stability and reliability of floating ocean instrument test equipment.Through setting up the lifting mode of marine instruments,calibration of lifting errors of marine instruments and design of anti-biological attachment,the ability of water quality detection of marine instruments is improved,and the performance indexes of different/similar types of marine instruments are tested.The dual camera system can detect the ocean instruments and the surrounding sea conditions separately,eliminate the influence of sensor probe bubbles and biological attachment on the measured values through the periodic rise and fall of the ocean instruments,take multi-directional photographs of the instruments under test,and observe their actual working status.(4)According to the test requirements of offshore marine test sites,five marine instruments test equipments were developed and manufactured.Combined with the actual sea conditions in different sea areas,the performance of various sensors was monitored and monitored by different lifting modes of marine instruments.In order to better realize the detection of marine instruments and make use of the environmental characteristics of different sea areas,the interconnected offshore marine instrument testing sites were set up in Jiu Duansha sea area,Nan Chaodng ocean testing station,Da Jishan ocean testing station,Xiao Yangshan ocean testing station and Lu Chaogang port testing station.Among them,Da Jishan and Nan Caodong stations are communication relay stations.(5)Marine test and data analysis.According to the requirements of the project,field tests were carried out in Jiu Duansha,Nan Caodong,Da Jishan,Xiao Yangshan and Lu Chaogang port to collect and analyze the collected water quality data.The draught depth,buoyancy center,lifting reliability,eddy-induced vibration and instability of the test equipment of floating ocean instruments are observed and analyzed.After the sea tests in winter and summer,the automatic testing equipment of marine instruments operates reliably at sea.The overall structure strength,stability,deformation and wave resistance of the equipment meet the design requirements and withstand the attack of Typhoon Wenbiya 9.The upper computer can normally collect water pressure,water temperature,PH and other water quality parameters,so as to realize the performance test and comparison between marine instruments.
