The high end equipment of ocean engineering has the characteristics of large equipment,complex structure,high precision,in-situ fabrication and assembly and so on.In order to meet the double requirements which is the large-scale in measurement range and high-precision in local detail in the manufacturing and assembly process of marine engineering,this paper presents a method to construct the global control network.As a result of the complicated industrial environments,the theory scope of single laser tracker can measure and track is very difficult to reach.In order to solve this problem,the laser tracker needs to move to another station.,at the same tome,the local coordinate system can be turned to the global coordinate system(the global coordinate system can be defined by the measuring coordinate system under arbitrary station)by measuring the global control points which are arranged in the whole measurement space.In the measurement space,the arrangement of global control points and measurement station can unify every data measured in local station into the global coordinate system,as a result,unify measurement data from different position which is full of the whole measurement space can be unified into the global coordinate system,unified monitoring and management in the whole space can be set up,that's how the global control net works.On the basis of research on the measure rules of laser tracker,the paper established the mathematical model of measurement process,and predict the uncertainty when the tracker is measuring a point according to the result.Experiments show that the actual measurement and simulation data are in good agreement.According to the result of experiment,the measurement data of global control point from laser tracker can get weight distribution in advance,the SVD decomposition method with weight distribution can obtain better parameters of transfer station.the RMS method(root mean square method)is used to evaluate the parameters of the transfer station and it shows that: compared with the common SVD method,the SVD method with weight distribution can have a statistically significant.the paper is discusses the data fusion strategy from two aspects which are competition and cooperation,.cooperation data fusion strategy is difficult to achieve because it needs an open measurement system and a more complex data fusion model.The paper uses competition data fusion strategy,takes the visual aided target worked with laser tracker as an example,discusses the application value of combined measurement in industrial field.This paper introduces the design calibration process and development of visual aided target.Experiment is used to validates the accuracy of visual aided target.At the same time,the paper verify that when the visual aided target works with laser tracker together,a good precision in a better measurement accuracy of laser tracker can be got.
