In addition to the rich energy and mineral resources, there are a large number of renewable energy resources in the ocean, such as biological resources, tidal energy and so on. As a country, China has a long coastline and a big ocean. Therefore, the development of marine resources of China has a very nice prospect.This thesis designed and implemented a multi-sensors integrated offshore marine environmental monitoring system based on he Beidou satellite communication in a top-down system design perspective. The main contents include the following aspects.Firstly, this thesis introduces the background and significance of the research, the development of the marine environmental monitoring system at home and abroad, and the main research contents of this thesis.Secondly, the overall design of the offshore marine environmental monitoring system based on the buoy. This thesis introduces the overall structure of the offshore marine environment monitoring system, and the principle and advantages of the sensor technology, embedded technology and Beidou Positioning and SMS communication technology.Thirdly, the design of hardware system for the offshore marine environmental monitoring system based on the buoy. According to the whole hardware structure of the monitoring system, this thesis expounded the selection of each subsystem including data acquisition subsystem, data transmission subsystem, master control subsystem and power subsystem, and the design of the main control board.Fourthly, the design of the embedded software system for the offshore marine environment monitoring system based on the buoy. This thesis intrduced the whole software structure of the offshore marine monitoring system, and described the construction of the software development platform of the embedded system in detail. The monitoring system’s application software was analyzed, and its flow chart is given. Then this thesis introduced the data acquisition subroutine and data sending subroutine.Fifthly, system testing. At first, debugging the monitoring system hardware and software in the laboratory ensured the system’s normal operation; then, debugging the monitoring system hardware and software in the car ensured the system’s normal operation in a simulated marine environment; finally, debugging the monitoring system hardware and software in the lake ensured the system’s normal operation, and testing results were given to verify the monitoring system’s function and stability.
